BLOG 336–CHANGES!
I have many new readers, so I wanted to share with them and you some changes I have gone through.
Change can be difficult because people tend to overvalue what they already have and underestimate the potential benefits of something new. It’s also hard to break old habits and routines, even when they are no longer serving us well.
To effectively deal with change, it’s crucial to acknowledge and accept the change, identify its potential impact, and develop coping procedures to manage the transition. This includes practicing self-care, seeking support from others, and focusing on the present moment.
Learn to CHANGE WITH THE CHANGES, as I have always said.
Here are some changes I have had to go through >>
Here’s the story >>
As a featured headline act at Bally’s Casino in Atlantic City, I did what I loved. Performing there for nine months was a joy. Crossing the street one night while walking to the show in a terrible rainstorm, I was hit by a truck. After going through a 37-day coma, I was flown out to San Diego, where I am from, and was at Sharp Memorial rehab.
MY FIRST BIG LOSS
About a year after the terrible event, my friend, John Fox, flew me to Florida, where he performed at Circus World. While there, I met Robin, who worked as a clown in the show. Soon, Robin and I flew back to San Diego and got married. But it wasn’t right for either of us. She liked parties, drugs, and drinking; I did not. So she flew back to be with her mom in New Jersey. When she left me after less than a year, she was pregnant, so I have a daughter, Leah, somewhere in the world. It was just too soon after the accident, and it didn’t feel right. Divorce is a terrible thing.
I met Mary Ellen, and after a couple of years, we got married. We lived in San Diego, the town where I grew up. We lived in my apartment for five years. She kept bugging me to move back to Pennsylvania, to be near her mom. In San Diego, we had a pleasant life together. But, off to Pennsylvania we moved. After living in PA for some years, Mary Ellen gave birth to our two daughters, and then she changed. It was like a different person. She took Jasmine and April and moved out. I was devastated. This was after our twenty-third year of marriage. I was shocked.
I met Tina through a website, and we were together for about five years. We lived in my van and traveled all over the US. We got back and lived in a trailer home, taking care of her eighty-nine-year-old mother. Eventually, Tina no longer wanted to be with me and asked me to get out. This hurt so much.
I got in my van and continued my travels. I would go to libraries to plug in and get online. Beth worked at a library in McCormick, South Carolina. Right away, she loved my smile. I parked in her yard and lived in my van for a while. We began getting closer, and then we were married. I did a lot of work on the house and improved the land. To my utter surprise, after a couple of years of marriage, she wanted me to leave the house. I tried to find out why she wanted to be gone, but she never did tell me.
While on the road. I wanted to look into getting medicaid health insurance. I found a local number and called Jennifer. We kept talking and eventually started a relationship. I ended up moving into her condo and living with her. After some weeks, just like Beth, she no longer wanted me around.
SO MANY LOSSES.
Back on the road for Kit. I drove to Florida and thoroughly enjoyed the journey. Then I decided to drive up to be with my daughters near Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
While on the way north, in Tennessee, I was involved in an accident. My van was totaled, and I was injured, which healed. It was very sad. Once again, my daughters came to the rescue. Jasmine and April had put me up at the hotel.
Then my daughters found: https://www.brainline.org/resource/neurorestorative-florida-avalon-park
April flew down here with me. I’ve been here for a couple of weeks now. They give each person a small nowapartment to live in. Three meals a day are provided. A washer and dryer are available for clothes. Every day, I do therapy, and I’m hoping to get better and better. Really, this is below my level, but I am here. Strange, I don’t even know how long they expect me to be here.
Through the internet, I met Linda, and we are both getting older. Through our back-and-forth writing, we both fell in love. In my mind, I see us helping each other through life, Linda as my wife.
But perhaps I’m jumping the gun.
Is she too young for me?
I don’t want to scare Linda off.
My future plans include significantly increasing my book sales and getting my inspirational speaking going strong. Did you see >>

Currently, a company is interested in making a movie about my life. When this movie comes out, I’m hoping it will help many people in their lives. Once the movie is made and my speaking career is back on track, it should bring in thousands of dollars.
About the movie, the producer needs investment.
If you can help, that would be wonderful.

WORDS TO INSPIRE YOU!
Inspirational quotes and sayings have a unique ability to change the way we feel about life and can change our thoughts. They are attractive, challenging, and essential on our path to joy and happiness, as well as finding ways to inspire ourselves and others.
READ
Reading through the quotes below about life can do the trick if you’re looking for a pick-me-up or a healthy dose of motivation. Whether centered around positive affirmations, self-care, or success, life quotes can be powerful inspirational tools.
THE BURST!
Inspirational quotes and ideas provide a quick and timely burst of wisdom to help us regain our focus, offering the inspiration needed for the day or occasion. I hope the words below bring a smile to your face and drive you to make this day and every day a fantastic event.
BE POSITIVE!
Just as positive words can make someone smile, and a well-timed, amusing quote can make someone laugh, your thoughts react to real life. Have this control! You have complete control over only one thing in the universe—YOUR THINKING!—and that’s where motivational quotes come in!
“YOU”
Your quality of thinking and how you think and feel about yourself, including your beliefs and expectations about what is possible, determine everything in your life. Use quotes to move ahead in your life.
SELF-TALK IS SO ESSENTIAL—THINK RIGHT!
To stay motivated, use each day as an opportunity to improve and move closer to your goals. It might sound like a lot of work, and it’s next to impossible with your busy schedule. But you can do it! Motivational words, yes, are just words. But they are positive words; they will keep you on track.
QUOTES
Motivational quotes impact our brain, behavior, and lives because they make us feel like we are in control of our success and have a sense of self-efficacy. Quotes make us believe that we have the confidence to complete a task successfully, which is different from having the motivation to succeed.
QUOTES WILL BENEFIT YOU!
Positive and inspiring quotes can be like sunshine on a cloudy day. They inject optimism into our thoughts, brighten our mood, and help us focus on the good in life. They remind us that even in the face of adversity, we can see the silver lining and embrace a positive attitude.
PEARLS OF WISDOM
In a world filled with challenges and indecisiveness, the power of inspirational quotes cannot be exaggerated. These pearls of wisdom uniquely uplift our spirits, can spark positive change, and fuel our motivation when we need it most.
WORDS WILL CHANGE YOU!
The correct motivational quote can transform you and your perspective, helping you overcome excuses, step out of your comfort zone, and take action. Read these words with an open mind and learn to improve your life.
THESE QUOTES
When you read these quotes, you’ll also realize that many other people worldwide are experiencing these feelings. These feelings make you think you’re the only person who could feel this bad. But you’re not. Many other people also feel bad. This is the irony of it. You don’t want other people to feel crappy, but it does make you feel better, or at least comforted to know that other people feel just as bad as you.
READ CAREFULLY
These quotes can be used when you wake up or prepare for work.
You can write your favorite quotes somewhere where you can see them as soon as you wake up.
These quotes are motivating, inspiring, and encouraging.
They will help you see your potential, stay motivated, and see the beauty in every morning.
Use them to your advantage!

MY DAILY JOTTINGS >>
Each week goes by so quickly.
It seems that time is passing more quickly.
You must live joyfully, daily, for each day!
Do you know what you did last Monday?
Do you remember what you ate for dinner last Thursday?
Keep track of your doings for a few weeks; you will see your time differently.
Remember, the quality of your life depends on what you do each day, in every moment.
8/2–Awakening at 2 am, up for the day I am.
8/3-8/8–Today, my blood pressure was 158/101.
I’m told that it is quite high.
I ate some chocolate this morning,
which might be why I had a high reading.
Every day, I write with Linda, and we both love it.
Not much occurred this week.
As they say, “Same old, same old.
MAKE THIS DAY GREAT FOR YOU!
THEN, KEEP DOING NEW (DAILY) FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!

THE GARDEN THIS WEEK
I keep this section on gardening.
I do like the skill and hope you do, too.
Winter is here now.
But there are still things you can grow.
And remember about indoor gardening.
A self-supporting life can be a better life.
A garden would be a part of that life.
You must look into it!
Because I am back on the road.
There will be no more words about the garden.
I do hope Beth keeps it up.
We put a lot of effort into establishing our vegetable garden.
START YOUR GARDEN TODAY!
IT MAY BE NECESSARY FOR YOUR LIFE!

ALL OUR LIVES, WE MUST CHALLENGE OURSELVES!
YOUR CHALLENGE FOR THE WEEK >>
Make a list of current big changes.
Now write down what you are going to do about these changes.
Of course, do this with a smile on your face.
