I am including photos, taken today, I hope you enjoy. I will take more photos of the inside of the van when I have more sunlight.Much rain this week, not common for the state of Arizona. Also, on Thanksgiving and also the day after, libraries are closed. So, I am spending time at McDonald’s along the way==================Words to inspire you! Some reminders >>1—Your limitation, it’s only your imagination.2—Push yourself, because no one else is going to do it for you.3—Sometimes later becomes never. Happiness is the only way.===================MY DAILY JOTTINGS >>11/23—At the library in Tucson, tomorrow a juggling get-together happens and I will be there. So, I will not drive anywhere at all today, strange for me. I will be in the library on the computer and also out juggling and exercising. It should be a great day.Emotionally, I go up and down, today I am so very happy. Remember, we are always in charge of how we feel, I must never forget that.11/24—Spent the day mostly at the library. The Tucson Juggling Club got together at 10am right behind the library. It’s strange, my juggling seems to be getting better, but Dave Kha and others say that I am still throwing strange with my left arm/hand.I will continue to try and make advancements, but it is frustrating. From my perspective, it seems to look smooth in my eyes, but I am deceived.11/25—Life can be hard when you awaken at 1am and can’t get back to sleep. I laid there and tried for a time, but found I could not get any more shuteye.I decided to go to a McDonald’s and could get on their free wifi in the parking lot. Surprisingly, I found this one to be open 24 hours, so, I am in the warm typing to you online.Feeling like a homeless man, yet, I am not.I have my home with me, always, my van.I just checked my blood pressure, which has been high. Recently I went to a doctor and she put me on a second medication. Even with taking this second one, I just checked and my BP was 188/102, which, I am told, is quite high.I actually went to an Urgent Care place to have them check it. Their numbers were much lower. They drew blood and I will be going back in a few days for the results. Also, when I go back, I had asked them if I could bring my BP checking machine to compare it with their results to see if it is reading correctly, I think it is on the high side. The thing is, because of my loneliness and living such a strange life—I really don’t care if I live or if I die. Yes, there will be a time you no longer hear from me. But, perhaps, you don’t care either?11/26—Getting some things done this morning, then I headed over to the library to get on their wifi. But, I was told it is not working right now, so I am typing to you offline, but plugged into their electric. Before I came in I did some juggling while on the grass. Juggling does not seem like anything to me anymore. I have lost sooooo much of my skill, I can hardly juggle 3 objects. It seems like a waste of time for me anymore to practice any longer. What’s an ex-juggler to do?I’ve been staying near the Himmel Park library, it is quiet, but I can park anywhere to sleep. I stay away from busy streets because of the noise. On GPS I can find residential or business areas that are away from main/busy streets, easy to sleep anywhere. The cockpit, where I run the show.Right now I am at a McDonald’s at about 7pm. Do not know where I will park tonight. Now I am on a busy street, I will have to find a quiet and dark residential place to sleep tonight. It’s kind of exciting not knowing where I will park to sleep at night, and also makes me feel homeless in a big way.11/27—I have been in Tucson for a least a week, too long for me. I am awaiting some mail sent to me by my daughter, April. which should be here in a few days. I could not wait, I had to get out to the wilderness, so off I went toward Red Rock, AZ.I ended up going to https://www.roostercogburn.com/ and found out they will charge twelve bucks just to go in and see the big birds. Then went by Picacho Peak State Park, where they want seven doll hairs to go in. I have gone to so many great places where I don’t have to pay a fee, so I did not do it.There are my cooler, bed and some of the storage.Of course, getting out of Tucson was much traffic, which I do not like. It got less and less as I went toward the west. As you know, there are McDonald’s everywhere, so I popped into one of the way to write to you.11/28/29—Happy Turkey Day to you. I went to a small town out to the west, but right on I-10. There is actually a McDonald’s here that is open 24 hours a day, even on Thanksgiving, so here I am.Arrival at about 3am (as you know, I do not sleep much) I will be on the internet for some hours. Later I plan to do some biking, unicycling and juggling. Just not sure how the weather will be.Outside is cold, windy and rainy, so I am staying in McDonald’s on my computer. Today I am feeling like I am wasting my life, a strange feeling. The view out the window is of I-10 going between Phoenix to Tucson, very busy it is. All these people have different lives they lead; as you do. What am I doing?Hard to see, there is me while typing in the van.It was nice taking the 33-mile drive to get here. I am so looking forward to getting back on the road – but to where – I don’t know. Am I trying to run toward something, or away from something? I love to live my life as a grand adventure, I need to get back to that.I have to admit, I had a cry today. As you might know, Tina broke up with me some time ago. I just tried to call to tell her Happy Turkey Day, I discovered she is now blocking my phone calls. Am I that horrible of a person? Tina will always have a special place in my heart. Something else I discovered, she is engaged to Bob Henry, good for them. I hope they develop a great life together. So, that, along with my loneliness, got me sad and brought tears to my eyes. A very gloomy and hard life lately. But, as usual, I will get through it. Perhaps you might send comforting words?View of my bed, with the table on the other side, I can make this into two single beds,or I have boards that go between to make a full-size bed.Just finished my three spicy chicken tacos, delicious, as usual. You can think of the chicken as a small turkey for Thanksgiving (and, by the way, thanks.)I want to thank my sister, Sandy, and my daughter, April, for helping me in getting through these hard times I have.Spent much time today at McDonald’s on their wifi. I was surprised at how busy it was on this Thanksgiving holiday.Growing my cilantro, lettuce, and spinach.11/29—Last night I was parked and sleeping in a lot that locks the gate at night. Awoken by the cops at 11pm, they let me know of a lot close by where I could sleep. Surprisingly I did get back to sleep until about 6am, that’s a long sleep for me.Right now I am parked outside a food bank, which, I hope will open at 9am. But, because of Thanksgiving yesterday, they might be closed today. I will wait some more time and see. It’s a little too cold also, may have to find a library soon for the warmth and the wifi.View of me inside the van typing to you.Rain is coming down nonstop; a very wet day.Drove back to Himmel Library in Tucson. They are closed today, I can reach their wifi from out on the street typing in my van.I look forward to hearing from you, and to writing to you next week.===================My Challenge for You this Week >>Change your attitude!Make yourself have a smile ALL week.Make it a habit!===============Next Blog >> Toward the west and south for me.

As you know, familiarity is the best teacher. Try new things all the time to allow you to evolve as a person.2 – You accept change. You cannot get from it, change is the only invariable. As a highly confident person, you may not always like the changes occurring. Do your best to accept the changes and do your best to ride the wave of change?3 – You have a strong sense of self. You have knowledge of what you like and what you don’t. You have most likely built a strong sense of self by living a broad life and having a variety of experiences. Stretch yourself for more and new experiences all the time.4 – You learn from your past without dwelling on the memories. The past will be a role in helping us move ahead in life, but not if we get fixed in your past.5 – You go after your goals and dreams. Drive forward as you can toward your good future, always reaching for more toward your end results.6 – You have a strong sense of individual limits. Don’t attempt to satisfy others just to make them happy. You must see your results and keep yourself happy.7 – You distinguish “mistakes” as learning opportunities. Don’t beat yourself up for your mistakes; realize that every slip-up is a chance to learn ways to be more victorious the next time. As a juggler, when you drop the ball, pick it up, learn, and continue.8 – You take risks. You make informed choices even if there is some risk involved. Know how to differentiate between a gamble and a risk. Get ready as much as they can and then go forward for those risks you feel are worth the effort.9 – You refuse to be under self-pity. As a highly confident person, you refuse to let the difficulties make you feel victimized. Of course, you feel sorry for yourself at times, but it is important not to linger in self-pity.10 – You can be alone with your own thoughts. Being on Earth can be quite a lonely place at times. Live your life without needing to fill every minute with the conversation with others or by use of technologies (cell phones, e-mail, texting, yelling really loud, etc.) After all, each of us is finding our own individual direction.11 – You trust your instincts. Our mind will help guide us on our path to make the best decisions. Trusting your instincts helps you to make better choices; therefore, we have a better life.12 – You take care of yourself. You must treat your body with esteem by giving it a high-quality diet in the form of healthy food, relaxation, fresh air, and activity.13 – You enhance others, not degrade them. As a confident person, you don’t feel the need to build yourself up by putting others down.14 – You don‘t beat yourself up. Of course, you are not perfect. Even the most confident of us have frail moments. Dust yourself off and keep going.15 – You celebrate your successes and the accomplishments of others. Truly confident people are not envious and backing away from other people’s successes. They celebrate other’s achievements. Now, it’s time to get out there and do something incredible that you can rejoice in!================MY DAILY JOTTINGS >>11/16/19—On the move south to Nogales. But, a slower go for me, there is no rush. Of course, warmer down there and very nice. I will go into Mexico, again, but leave the van on this side of the border. On the way south I decided to see if there were any libraries, within two miles there was one in Sahuarita. Avery small library, I was able to plug in and use their wifi. Before I went in I cooked up the rest of the chicken tacos I had with me. Ummmm good, as usual. On the way south again I saw a small sign of a park, Madera Canyon in the Coronado National Forest. I had to go, time for my wilderness fix. Going there was like going from Desert to Mountains, which it was.Arriving about 5pm on a Saturday night, hardly any vehicles on the way, yet, I found that the campground was absolutely full. I saw a place to park for a picnic area, so here I am for the night. When I hit that deer it broke my front turn signal light. I found out to buy new from a parts store it would be able fifty bucks. I went to a used car part junkyard—ten bucks and there was a guy there who helped me to put it on. The van continues to run excellent, as I remain a happy man.6pm, typing to you offline on battery power. I am finding that all libraries and most all McDonald’s have outlets to plug in to charge my computer; a good thing. Dark and quiet, should sleep well tonight, as I hope you do, too.11/17—What a wonderful night and day! I was able to cut my hair, shower, use my new Lixada stove, and exercise. The stove is amazing. No more buying fuel to cook, take a look >>https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00O6RRR3Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1..............On awakening, I saw a deer. We starred at each other for some time. That made my day! Also, as I was packing up to leave I saw a boy scout troop who were camping. So great to see! From the age of 15 to 18, I was a boy scout and I think it added much to my life.In driving in southern Arizona, I am so happy they have their signs in Metric, Kilometers, that is. The metric system is such a better way of measurement, all America should make the conversion to metric. On the way south I stopped by Tubac Presidio State Park. Much history here, glad I went. This town of Tubac has so many touristy stores, it’s a wonder so many can stay in business. Sunday today, I did not even see many people on the streets. Here is my cracked windshield. The crack happens to be right in my line of sight. I will have to save up for a new one, but it might be a few months.Further south I go into the town of Nogales. It is like I am in Mexico, already, the common language is Spanish, and much of the look is like in Mexico.I wanted to find a local park to stay for the night, and also that had some grass to do some juggling. Looked at a few, too small. Saw a very large one on GPS, it turned out to be a cemetery. Not quite the place for me, did you know? I am still alive?Found a place with many baseball fields, perfect. Arriving early, about 3pm. I ate my salad and some chips and salsa, that will be enough food for the evening. Did some juggling out on the grass, the juggling is getting better and better; surprising me.There is NO one around, should be quiet and dark here tonight, I like it. Still, light out, I will go out now and do some more juggling.Just back from an hour of juggling. I see now that if I put in the effort I can get much back, feels so good. How about you, how is your juggling? As my juggling is improving, I can feel my whole being improving, so good. Did you know of the benefits of juggling?Take a look, you will want to start juggling >>http://jugglefit.com/jf_benefits.htmland >>https://www.lifehack.org/articles/lifestyle/learn-how-to-juggle-and-improve-your-brains-power.html11/18—Alone in a park all night, very quiet very dark, slept well. At about 6 am I went to McDonald’s to get online. Already busy here, this is the busiest McDonald’s I have seen. Both kids and adults, for a Monday morning, it is surprising. All the people working here are bilingual, they have to be, the Spanish language is spoken more than English around here. So, I took a jaunt over the border into Mexico for a couple of hours. Strange, I have been to Mexico soooo many times, this time I was extra careful everything went right, for some reason. Nice to be in a foreign country today.I parked in a lot that charges three bucks to park. I thought it safer, that way. Weird, though, this part of the US looks just like Mexico looks right over the border. A walk over the border and seeing much tourist stuff. Did some walking around, didn’t buy anything, but nice to visit. After retrieving my van, I was off to Patagonia (I like that name) and to the library in town. Then, even further to another library in a very small town. These libraries only had a couple of people at them. So, hard to determine if all libraries are necessary. What do you think?11/19—Cold and rainy in Arizona where I currently am, in the town of Benson. I thought it was always supposed to be nice weather down here? Stayed in the library on my computer most of the day. Here is the border wall. It looks to be one of the older ones. Could you climb that?11/20—I’ve been spending some days down in Benson, Arizona. Needed gas so I am back up in Tucson. I went to Costco and filled up, also went to the store and filled up on samples of food. A cheap way to get a meal, I must admit.I had a load, so I went to a laundromat today and everything is clean, even washed my bedding. Feels nice. But, I’m sure you don’t want to read about me washing my clothes (or, do you?)Then, just because I have to often, I took off for Coronado National Park. I took a road up, which turned into a dirt road, found a turn-off and here I am for the night. It’s been raining some, so, no fire for me tonight. In looking through my food, there is enough to last me for at least a few weeks. Oh, also at Costco I got a bag of ice (20 pounds, $2 – at Walmart 10 pounds, $2.) Along with that, I had wanted to get Corona Light, but they did not have any, so I got a case of Miller Lite, smiling as I type. So, at 4pm, here I am up in the hills as I type to you on battery power and no internet for miles. I found a very level place to park, which helps with sleep. I hear raindrops falling on the van roof, I saw that it should go on all night.A big salad for dinner, with lettuce, tomato, broccoli, mushrooms—very tasty.Did some juggling today, not much though, hard to juggle with rain coming down. Also, unicycling or bicycling are out. I actually can juggle in my van while sitting on my bed and juggling over the table across from me. This was I do not have to reach down very far to get a dropped ball (yes, I admit, I drop sometimes.)After my tasty salad I cooked up a can of Dolmas vine leaves stuffed with rice, comes in a classy can. Yes, I am eating quite well.11/22—I’ve been back in the Tucson area.Fixed a headlight that had a burnt bulb. I am keeping the van up to a high level.Currently at a library. Friday, of course, preparing this blog for your eyes. Over the last couple of days, I have been feeling lonely. Of course, many people around me, but I am alone. What does the future hold? But, then again, what does the future hold for anyone? It is what we make our future to be, yet, I am unsure.====================My Challenge for You this Week >>Spend most of this week with a smile on your face. You will make others feel better with your joy, and, more important, you will make you feel better.================Next Blog >> Staying to the south for the heat, do not have direction now (do you?)

Nothing can hold you back, keep pushing toward what will bring you joy in the end.================MY DAILY JOTTINGS >>11/9/19—First day of the first Cowmagedddon Juggling Festival taking place at Misty’s farm. Her family raises dairy cows, there are many. Also, horses, get to see.Only about 12 jugglers showed up (over 20 the next day), a comfortable group, a great location. For me, juggling felt good today. I’ve had a problem with the throw from the left hand/arm. I would turn my palm down as I was releasing the club. This technique had become so embedded into my brain it’s been hard to relearn the correct way.Not really much juggling going on, we are all having a fantastic time, though. Did some coaching, such as with Will, who is an advanced juggler. Of course, I cannot do them, but I taught him some tricks that were up to and above his level. He understood and learned them quickly. As I teach people skills I once could do, that makes me feel good. And, as you know, I made a big bowl of salsa yesterday. Today, early, it is almost all eaten up. I sent the recipe out to a few people. I will send the recipe to you, too, just send me an email and ask – kitsummers@gmail.com11-10-19—Not much juggling going on today. More play with freebies and playing with the big doggies. Very comfortable with my new friends. Worked with and taught Mackenzie to juggle, she loved it.She is parked next to me and will be fixing up her van to live and travel in. I gave her many ideas for building and improvement. She will have an excellent home, as I do.After a nice time at the small juggling festival, off I went to get back to the wilderness, I have to get my fix at least once a week. My aim was Saguaro National Park, and that is from where I am typing to you now. I drove into the park, saw a dirt road going off to the side, and that is the route I took. Here for the night, I am.On the way, I stopped by a McDonald’s to get on their wifi briefly. There was a table with some older folk right next to me and they were asking questions. I let them know about my travels, which they loved, and about my juggling, too.I went out to the van to get a copy of my book, Juggling with Finesse (do you have a copy yet?)Also, I got scarves, showed them the steps to learn, told them to look up scarf juggling lessons on YouTube, and gave them each 3 scarves. I expect they will learn – good on them.If you don’t juggle and haven’t tried scarves, let me know and I will send you some scarves. I even taught Dorothy how once!Very nice here. I hear some traffic, but that will get less and less and night comes on. I hope you sleep with a smile on your face tonight.11/11—Was a comfortable sleep last night, now I have driven into Tucson. I do like this area, I will be here for a month or more, I think. I need to save up monies for recent van costs. In my last post, I had asked if you might help me catch up on expenses, I did not hear from you, I did not hear from anyone.Once again, it makes me question if anyone reads my blog and if you care anything about me. I will find a way, as I always do. But, you could still help me.11/12—What I am doing in Tucson is waiting for some mail to come in at my juggly friend’s house. Last night I was parked in a residential area for sleep. Off in the distance, a few times, I heard a train blasting its horn as it was approaching. Then, after the head of the train passed, I heard the chugga chugga of the wheels on the track for quite some time. It surprises me that anyone can stay living next to this noise that comes nightly and through the day. Now, at 4:19 in the afternoon, I am parked in Ironwood Forest National Monument. Did an early dinner at 4, pork tacos, delicious. All food I acquired at food banks. I am parked out here alone, no one near.Today at a food bank I got new apples, grapes, and some other vegetables and beans. I did not want the old, so, rather than throw it away, I put it out for the animals to consume. So, back where I was living for soooo many years It is cold and freezing say, 5c. Here, right now, in the 80’s(f), almost too hot, very comfortable. Why, just the other day I planted new lettuce and cilantro in my onboard garden, it’s popping up nice. Way too cold to do that back there.Past 5pm, the sun slowly is sinking into the west. Very quiet here in the desert, nice. Should sleep well tonight, I will let you know. Yourself, sleep with a smile on your face knowing I am thinking of you.On the way, I was surprised to see fields of cotton balls growing.11/13—What a fantastic night and morning, I am so happy. I got to be out in the wilderness with the animals. A great fire last night, and also this morning. Do you live in Arizona? Can I visit you?As I awoke in the desert I had a smile on my face. Breakfast was fried potatoes with onions, my favorite, and, of course, my big cup of tea. I had a mango, so down it went. I like to eat fruit in the morning. At a library where I worked on my juggling much, out on the grass. Improvements came, I feel now that I can and will get my juggling back. This feeling makes me so happy. I threw 5 balls alright too. Now I must practice daily.A guy showed up who said he always wanted to learn to juggle, so teach him I did. He liked his new skill. As did the family I taught later, they loved their new skill, too. Everyone I teach I give a set of 3 scarves to and I tell them they have to get 100 throws before the end of the night. The weather today is a clear blue sky and in the 80’s, so nice. I will be here for, I think, at least for the next few months. Beauty all around, I love it here.Only about seven o’clock (that is such a strange word, “o’clock”), here I am in Saguaro National Park for the night. So many cactus standing tall. I know there are animals near, I wish they would show their face, I would love to see.Dinner was the rest of the pork taco mix from last night. I heat up the small corn tortillas and taco mix, and I even had some of my Summers Salsa, which I made at the juggling festival last weekend. The taste was so good (aren’t you glad I didn’t write “delicious”, again?) Some wine after and I am set for the night.I am so very comfortable here, I love it!Tomorrow I am already planning on returning to the library I was at earlier today. This place is massive, much more than just books. I will do more juggling tomorrow, and more and more and more. There is no reason why I cannot get my juggling back. It is mainly my mind that is determining that I can’t. Boy, I’ll teach that brain what’s right. And, I want to start working out more and more. I have the time, and it will only do me good. So tomorrow I start. Will you join me and start working out, too, getting your body and mind in better shape?About to lay down and do some reading. I hear birds chirping, such a good sound. It will make me sleep well tonight, I believe. Hope you do, too.11/14—Can you be alone and be happy? It is important that you learn to be. That is how I live my life, I like it.The heater in my van will only work on high, won’t work on low or medium. So, I receive too much heat, or I remain cold. I know the small part to fix the problem, a “blower resister”. I stopped at a car part store and bought one. I installed it myself and it is working perfectly.Came back up to Saguaro National Park, but a different part. Very nice up here, the cactus are all around.I had a can of chicken breast, so tacos again. I could eat them every night for dinner, so good they are.I love my tacos, so I opened a can a chicken, mixed in taco seasoning, and that was my scrumptious dinner for the night. I am now parked at a turnoff in the national park; here for the night, I am.So dark where I am now.So quiet it is here, too.Should sleep well tonight.Hope you do, too.11/15—Was back in the wilderness overnight, a good sleep. At a library now to get these words out to you. I’d love to hear from you, will you?====================My Challenge for You this Week >> How is your posture? This week, start making it a habit to always sit with a straight back, as well as stand with great posture. There are so many small towns and city’s, I need to take the time to explore more and see these human habitats and not just quickly drive through. That is the plan anyway.
Yes, things have been warming up. I really do not like the cold and the snow. Better and better as I am going toward the south. Yesterday hit 86f, back where I was living for so many years it was 43. I think I like this better.

Words to inspire you!
From my book series, “Beyond Your Potential.”Each of us is in charge of designing our own show, which is designing our own life. But, we do not have to face things alone.
People are here to help, yet, you are the one who must take control of that design that your brain brings. And, no matter what your age and/or your status in life; you can start now to design your dream life.
Start designing now, you’ve got this fantastic thing to think with, but learn to use it right. As you know, after my accident I had to build and design a new life and a new future. I got to examine my upcoming life and see where I wanted to go. I had to change. (I got to change?)
Changing your life into the life you truly desire is something anyone can do. In my past design, juggling was such a central factor; in my new life, I eventually had to see that juggling would be a much smaller part of this new design.
Learning to juggle again was a painful process for me, after having been robbed of my skills. It was boring and frustrating to rehearse outwardly what I already knew inwardly how to do. I had once mastered the art of juggling with considerable finesse, now the skill is difficult.
The neurological pathways from my brain to my limbs had to be rerouted to obey the messages from my mind. As I have said, in my mind all the procedures of juggling were clear; I knew how to move, but my body had to learn once again to comply with that knowledge.
Retraining my brain was a vital part of my come back.
When I returned to juggling, I had trouble juggling 3 balls. I dropped them, I fumbled, my body was undisciplined, and I got angry, but I set goals for myself and thereby step by step overcame the obstacles and ultimately changed the course of action from failure to success.
It was like I had a new body to train, but really, a new brain. Eventually, my juggling became good enough again to perform, yet it was far below the skill level of what it once was. A new show had to be developed.
Basically, I had to put together a new show with my life.
I had knowledge of the old ways but had to go in new directions for my future, which was difficult because at first, my mind could not think as clearly as I wanted. I knew I was in charge of the direction of my thinking and that I could direct my thoughts in the best way for my life.
We have so much dormant power resting in our brain; we will never be able to use all of it.
Remember, you are in control of your brain and how you use it. You run your brain and make your life happen—good or bad. Remember that we can control our brain; it doesn’t have to control us. Use your brain right.

MY DAILY JOTTINGS >>
11/1/19—Just sent out blog 40 for you, I hope you liked the read. After, I went out to the van and made chicken tacos, need I say? Delicious.
I am sort of out of the mountains so it shouldn’t be as cold tonight. But, I will prepare well and stay warm. One thing I did discover—when I have the window coverings on, that blocks out the light, it also keeps the van warmer inside.
11/2-3—In Prescott, mainly at the library and seeing sites. Yes, much warmer down here. Warmer last night, very comfortable. As I am going south things will get better and better.
11-4—So, I did go south, into Prescott National Forest. I landed at White Spar Campground at about 1:33 in the afternoon. At a cost of seven bucks a night, a comfortable cost. An early time to arrive for me to arrive at a place, but I will find things to do. A nice place, they are in the process of closing down for the winter.
I went out, as I always do, searching for fuel for the fire. Cut my arm up pretty bloody on the branches, but, surface injuries. Did gather enough fuel for the fire for tonight and also a fire in the morn. How I like it.
A TRUE SELFIE.
3pm, no one around, what a perfect time to shower and clean my body. It’s been about three or four days. Because I am at an end of the campground where I am pretty much alone, there is naked Kit in his shower. Feeling much better now.
Eventually, more people showed up at the campground.
An older couple pulled into the campsite right across the road from me. They have a nice camper on the back of their pickup. So, they pulled in, both went into the back, and I didn’t see them again for hours. They could have done that in their driveway. Perhaps they are watching a video of the wilderness in their camper so they can enjoy the out-of-doors?
So, while they were inside, I was out at my roaring fire, on which I cooked up dinner and enjoyed the out-of-doors. Good thing I took my shower when I did, with all these people showing up.
11/5—A good night last night, great to be back in the forest. Early morning fire, on which I boiled water for my tea, then fried up my potatoes and onions for breakfast.
The sun just showed his/her face. A bright clear sky, will be a fantastic day. That is, of course, if I make it a glorious day. My mind is feeling fit this morning, I hope to continue these good feelings throughout the day.
I’ve written before, it is how we face things and how “we” make things happen. I have been somewhat down over the past week, but, in looking back, I see that it was I who manufactured much of these negative thought patterns. Control your thinking and you control your life.
It’s’ about 9am and I will be making my departure soon. Those people in the camper across from me have yet to show their face this morning; hidden in the camper like some criminals. I want to go say, “Why don’t you just stay home parked in your driveway and do this?” but I won’t.
Right now I am in the Phoenix area. Much cost with van repair over the last few months. I will have to stay in one place for a while, might as well be here. The temp today was 86 degrees, so, comfortable it is. I will be saving on gas costs right now.

Summers
305 East Meadow Valley Road
Lititz, PA 17543I thank you for any help you might give.
If you’ve enjoyed my posts, please do.So, I plan on being in this area for a month or so. Time to change my life. My plan is to do more exercise and get on my bike and unicycle more. If you could change your life, what would you change?
11/6—At a McDonald’s right now typing to you. So, I have every day, all day, like you do, to do stuff. I plan to get in better shape with my time, will you join me and make your body better like I will be doing?
It’s funny, I look out the window and see so many cars and lives moving by. Each as a different life, as you do, and has troubles and successes—it is life. I’ve felt somewhat down the last few weeks, but we are just living our lives.
Came to Phoenix for their juggling get-together tonight. I have no idea if anyone will show up, but I will be there. I’ve been to their gathering before, just a few jugglers, but, they are friends.
If the Phoenix library now, I am going to a different library daily it seems. I was thinking that, because of the internet, libraries were getting less and less popular. But, at each I go to, there are many people.
I arrived at where the jugglers meet in Phoenix at about 4:33 in the afternoon, the juggling meeting will not start until 7pm. I was going to work on writing, do some reading, and do some juggling, but the noise of traffic and people got to be too much for me, so I started on the road south.
Slow bumper to bumper driving for at least twenty miles going south—yikes. I know there are millions of people in the world who fight with traffic for hundreds of hours a year; I hope you are not one of them.
I aimed GPS toward Red Rock, a small town that looked to be right next to Ironwood Forest National Monument. I had to get far enough away from the freeway to not hear the noise. I found a dirt road turnoff and that was my sleepy place for the night.
11/7—Awakening early, as usual, I remained in my sleepy bag until the sun started showing. Then it was south to Marana, where I found a McDonald’s, from where I am writing to you now. I will go to the local library later.
As I am now in the warm weather, I will start to slow things down. I want to take more time to ride my bike and unicycle, to juggle, to work out, and to meet people.
Speaking of a bicycle, I was just at that McDonald’s and there was a guy there who I briefly talked with. His bike was parked outside and he was inside on his small computer. He told me he has been traveling and living by bicycle for three years now. If I did that I would have NO expenses. Hmmm, it makes me think. What do you think, should I?
I just heard from David Kha, who runs the Tucson Juggling Festival, which will be happening on April 2,3,4. I let him know I plan on being there. April 3 will be the anniversary of my first big accident.
He wrote me back right away letting me know there is a juggling festival (the first one) to be held to the south of Phoenix at a farm. Perfect timing – I will be there!
11/8—At the dairy farm of Misty and her family. I arrive at about 10am on Friday, things will get going this evening. So I helped how I could with things.
Something strange, I am able to juggle today, unlike how it has been through the last months. 3 clubs fly right, the hands stay low, but high enough. I am most more comfortable throwing and catching stuff for some reason. Even believing I can return to performing?
Today I made a big bowl of salsa for the juggling event running the weekend. The salsa always turns out great, from when I made it here, to in Australia, and in between. If you want my recipe, send me an email asking – kitsummers@gmail.com

My Challenge for You this Week >> Get out into the wilderness how you can. Even a few hours at a local park will work. While you are there, clean up and improve the place.

You know how much I like cities—none. So, to the south, I go, first to Costco to fill up on gas, then on the road. As you know, because I go to food banks and eat for cheap, there is not much cost there, my only costs are for fuel (and van repairs.)Brand Hunt, I want to thank you again for allowing me at the circus center and spending time. The first stop, the town of Mesquite, toward the south. I am liking smaller cities, along with wilderness, of course. Arriving at about 4pm, I will be here for the night.I went to a McDonald’s to use their wifi, this place is so nice.Over the years McDonald’s has upgraded their fast food shacks much, you may have noticed? This one has wifi, electrical outlets, a maitre d’, waiters, juggling entertainers, a sauna, a bar, a Jacuzzi, a dance floor, a dance band, and free burgers (well, outlets and wifi, anyway.)Mesquite is more to the east, you see, my plan is to go to the north rim of the Grand Canyon, somewhere I have not been before. You will learn of it as I do.===========================Words to inspire you! From my book series, “Beyond Your Potential.”The power of your brain is phenomenal. You have the power to do things well beyond whatever you could ever imagine.Your brain is a vast, largely mysterious source of energy and power; and when used correctly, you do wonders. You can alter your life at any time. You can change your reality. We are continually learning new things about the brain and how it works.Because we know so little about how the brain works, many people dismiss the potential of their own mind. When they do limit themselves in this way, they diminish their power and their success in life.People often don’t know how to pull up these good thoughts. In this book, I will show how you can pull from the deep parts of your mind and take full advantage of your brain to help you go beyond your potential. You can reach the success that you yearn for.The more you use your mind for innovative thinking, the better and longer you will be able to use your intellect. Some of the most successful people in the world have believed in the power of their mind and tapped into that power to stretch toward their best, bringing inconceivable riches, success and comfortable life. This has been documented in numerous studies.Over time, there have been many books and studies on the power of the mind. It still amazes me how little we know about the brain. You have power, learn to release yours. What will it take to release the potential of your incredible mind? You must believe, without any reservation, that your mind can fulfill all your desires, dreams and plans. This stretching must consume you, taking over all parts of your attention. Emotionally picture yourself having or doing whatever your desire is and you can have anything in life. To help toward this end, you will need to increase your learning and increase your studies. In my studies for this book, I learned that our brains are constantly changing and can keep growing with new knowledge all the time. The more you use it, the better your brain will become.Allow your mind to take off with your deepest wants and desires in an intense way. This intense thinking and confidence must be focused in a way that creates a new world for you.History and many books have shown that if you truly reach for the deepest recesses of your thinking you can achieve astounding results. Open your eyes and your mind to examine================MY DAILY JOTTINGS >>10/26/19—So great to be back on the road. I was actually driving with a smile on my face, as I got through the Vegas traffic and onto fewer cars and fewer lanes. Smiling I am still.10/27—I will be here in Mesquite for the day, Sunday. You see, there some food banks that are open tomorrow and I need lettuce, fruit, and vegetables. I will let you know later what is it I am doing.I was planning to do some juggling today at a park, as well as go bicycle and unicycle riding, but the winds are strong and cold. So, not today after all.Noon and still windy. Today is shower time, so I found a local park where no one would see me and showered up nice and clean. I also cut my hair, use a clipper and cut my head while I bend forward, head upside down, getting all the hairs the same. Never had any complaints about my looks, what do you think? Then, since I had a bag-full, off to the laundromat for me, from where I am typing to you right now. Plugged into their electric and using their wifi, I could just move in and live here, yes?Now it is 5:27 in the evening and I am feeling, for some reason, very scared and wondering what I am doing. Questioning everything I am, tears feel like they could appear easily. I know I will get through this, but what next? Back and forth I go in my mind.10/28—At the library, most of the day, waiting until 3pm when I can get some food. After, I will be on the road toward the north rim of the Grand Canyon, somewhere I had wanted to explore for a long time.A full tank of gas, enough food to last me for a few weeks. My portable power station is full when and if I need to charge my battery on my computer, phone, or other electronics. Wish you were here with me, though. At times I get a sausage biscuit at McDonald’s in the morning. And/or, get a taco from Taco Bell or a McChicken from McDonald’s for dinner. It is only a buck or two a day, but, I must consume the food that I have on board.Off I went, taking I-15 north before I went south. As I was getting away from Las Vegas I hit less and less traffic. Then I came south as I got into St. George, Utah. Getting on 59 south, less and less traffic again. Then, about 5pm I found a dirt road off of 59 where I will be for the night. Very quiet, very dark, I expect a good sleep tonight.Looking through my food, it seems that I have too much. Salads and chicken must be eaten, but the canned stuff and some other items can wait. I keep writing about a week-long fast I want to go on, I must stop eating, though. Soon, soon.I like where I have turned off for the night. In a canyon off any main roads, just me and the coyotes. I do like it when I don’t have to cover the windows to keep light out, the natural darkness is so nice.As I wrote, I am wondering what you think of my writing, I hardly hear from anyone.ARE YOU READING THESE WORDS RIGHT NOW???As I already wrote, I am aiming for the north rim of Grand Canyon. Most people go to the south rim, as I have a couple times. I always wanted to go to the north rim, which is higher, on my way, now. There is no direct route to get across the Grand Canyon from rim to rim, I will have to retrace my steps north and then head south.Of course, writing to you right now offline on battery power, I do like this. Sitting in my van with the table up, very nice (and, don’t forget my glass of wine.)Usually get to sleep between 9 and 10pm. Awakening, often, between 2 and 3am, I get four or five hours of sleep a night. It seems to be enough for me, I function fine. Tonight, though, being away from everything, I should get better sleep (is it really better to sleep more or is it a waste of time?)10/29—Last night a cold-spell came in. The winds were to the level of hurricane strength. The van even rocked some with the pushing of the wind. From about midnight to 3am they persisted, no sleep for me. Eventually, I did get some shut-eye, up about six this morning.First on the agenda today—I dove into Grand Canyon NP north rim (not literally), so much to see (as you will see from the photos.) I’ve been to the south rim a few times, always wanted to go to the north rim – today was the day! Being here on a Tuesday there is not (or, should that be “are not”?) many people around.Take a look >>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iw5cDIskqBwCold and windy, too. It looks like they are setting up many areas to close down for the winter. Glad I made it on time.Surprisingly, there is snow coating parts of the landscape in some areas. But, we are up above 2438 meters (8000 feet).Of course, cold it is. Last night I awake quite cold, I got down the other blankets and stayed asleep until about 5:33am, that is a late sleep for me.Along with being an amazing canyon, the Grand Canyon National Park is a magical place. Did not see any animals, sad about that. After some time at the canyon, I headed south. I had wanted to stay for a few days, but, in that it did become quite cold, I headed south. But, surprises awaited me.10/30—Still so pleased with what I saw at the Grand Canyon yesterday, but today was more amazing sites.Onward to Glen Canyon—amazing sites, I must say. You might think it is named after, “Glen”, you are wrong. The canyon is named after the lush green growth along the Colorado River and inside canyons. Another fantastic drive.See the beauty >>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o87zW2BWCUoDriving south on 89, I slipped into an another amazing canyon. The Vermilion Cliffs I saw (and you will, too.) They just kept going on and on getting better and better. I remember seeing this phenomenon in westerns on TV. Enjoy the photos.Take a look at this fantastic video >>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tqGemcZ-lPAThen, in route to the city of Flagstaff, I saw a small sign saying, Wupatki National Monument. It was approaching 4 in the afternoon, time to look for somewhere to park for the night.I thought the road went in and then I would return on the same road. Yet, it was a 20 mile circle so that I would end up down the road further south. Here it is, take a look >>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rr4duwSZ4OMI went to the visitor center to learn about this area. Native Americans did much building around here, which is preserved. Pueblos and villages were once plentiful. Until the big volcanic eruption hundreds of years ago. There is no campground here, but there is plenty of dispersed camping (which means you park where you can for the night.) I found a lovely place where I can get back on the road easily tomorrow morning. Should be very dark and quiet, I should sleep well tonight, how about you?10/31—Very cold last night, that is why I am heading south. As I thought, very quiet and dark my sleep was.Drove an amazing drive in Arizona from Flagstaff to Sedona on Highway 89a. As you know, I have driven all over America, this was one of the most scenic and wonderful trips I’ve taken. You must watch this >>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RYJkUXXoPAU11/1—Right now I am typing to you while sitting in the cold van. You see, my Little Buddy Heater stopped working. I awoke at 2am and I was warm under the covers. Then I turned on the heater and got up after it warmed. Later it stopped working.Right now I am soooo cold and have to wait until 8am when Big “O” Tires opens, they will be repairing my van today.Another expense, too many, yikes. If I did not have this van I do not know what I would do.I just heard, it will be $365.63 to get my breaks back in line. So, I guess that is my rent for the month? You have to remember, I am in a very expensive town, Sedona, Arizona, I believe another car place would be much more expensive. This leaves me questioning my life once again. If I lost the van, I would have nowhere to live and I would be homeless. That scares me, much.At another library further south in Cottonwood, Arizona. I like this town, too. It is now 1:23 in the afternoon and I believe I will be here for the night.Nice how they do not have many lawns in Sedona, more natural landscapes.I wrote before, all my life I have been go-go-go. I have to spend more time and explore more. I will be doing that and you will hear results.====================My Challenge for You this Week >>Tell three people who are close to you, “I love you”, and mean it.================Next Blog >> Warmer weather near Tucson here I come!
