ON WONDERFUL ADVENTURES!********************
INTRO TO THIS WEEKOf course, fun and play should be a main part of your life. This is one of the main areas I pursued as I recovered from my 37-day coma. A constant choice, always aim toward mind-changing thoughts of pleasure.
Some things fun and play help with >>
Play Promotes Physical Fitness.
Play Builds Imagination and Creativity.
Play Fosters Cognitive Growth.
Play Delivers Emotional and Behavioral Benefits.
Play Improves Literacy.
Play Encourages Greater Independence.
1. It Helps Build a Healthy Body
Play is essential to developing a robust, healthy body in life.
Builds muscle strength
Improves heart and lung function
Helps prevent obesity, diabetes, and high cholesterol
The rates of children suffering from chronic health conditions, including asthma, obesity, and diabetes, are rapidly rising. This research indicates that increased playtime should be a front-line intervention in our strategy to combat the chronic disease epidemic in children.2. Fun and Play Build a Healthy Brain
Play is an inherent part of neurological growth and development in young animals and children. Research indicates that rates of play in mice correlate strongly with the growth rate of their brains, particularly the cerebellum, a region associated with motor control. This seems to suggest that play performs a crucial role in shaping a mature brain capable of optimizing muscle control.3. It Teaches Emotional Intelligence and Boosts Self-Esteem
Imagine that you are four years old and building a block tower. Suddenly, another child runs up to your prized tower and knocks it down. What do you do? Tell your teacher? Inform the child that her actions are against the rules.
4. Play Builds Healthy Friendships and Romantic Relationships
The ability of play to forge emotional intelligence goes hand in hand with its ability to help children establish peer relationships and make friends. The unstructured nature of free play builds neuronal circuits in the prefrontal cortex of the brain, which helps the brain (and child) navigate complex social interactions.5. Friendship has a tremendous impact on our well-being.
Preschool friendships help children develop social and emotional skills and promote a sense of belonging, while adult friendships provide a strong support network and help reduce stress.6. It Teaches Cooperation
When children engage in free play, they gain critical knowledge about cooperating with others. Rather than relying on rules and regulations to govern their experiences, they must work together with their peers to create and achieve mutual goals. That cooperation may involve sharing, negotiating, and resolving conflicts.
7. Play Teaches Problem Solving
In children, free play encourages the development of a concept called divergent thinking, which refers to the ability to generate ideas by exploring many possible solutions. Convergent problem solving, on the other hand, involves solving a problem that has a single solution.8. It Stimulates Creativity
Many people consider creativity to be a special skill only possessed by a few fortunate individuals, such as artists and musicians. However, the truth is that all humans can be creative, and play is one method we can use to stimulate our innate creativity.9. It Improves Work Outcomes
Imagine having the opportunity to play a pickup game of soccer over your lunch break, or the freedom to take 30 minutes out of your workday to dabble on an instrument or build a Lego structure at a designated “play” area in your company’s corporate office. For many adults, this situation sounds like a fantasy; for others, it is a reality.10. It Reduces Stress and Builds Resilience
Unfortunately, modern-day life is fraught with psychological stress, which can quickly overwhelm us if we fail to engage in stress-reduction activities.
Fun and Play will work toward >>
Bolstering Your brain health
Facilitating productivity at work
Decreasing the health risks associated with isolation, loneliness, and chronic stress
While researchers have taken a keen interest in the abundant health benefits of play, many have also observed and come to understand the profound health consequences of a lack of play, referred to as “play deprivation.” Just as play is an index of health, play deprivation is a strong predictor of numerous adverse health outcomes.

WORDS TO INSPIRE YOU! >>
Inspirational quotes and motivational sayings have an amazing ability to change the way we feel about life and can change our thinking.
I find them so interesting, challenging, and important on our path to joy and happiness and finding ways to inspire ourselves and others.Inspirational quotes and ideas give us a quick and timely burst of wisdom to get our focus back, offering the inspiration needed for the day or occasion.
I hope to inspire you with my words. Words have power.
Are you accomplishing what you want before your eventual death?
At any age, you can (and should) make changes to make your life better. How you think and feel about yourself, including your beliefs and expectations about what is possible for you, determines everything that happens in your life. It all derives from your quality of thinking.
When you improve the quality of your thinking,
you change the quality of your life—sometimes instantly!Just as positive words can make someone smile, and/or a well-timed amusing quote can make someone laugh, your thoughts react to the world in real-time. You have this control!
You have complete control over only one thing in the universe — Your Thinking — and that’s where motivational quotes come in!
To keep your motivation, you have to use each day as an opportunity for improvement, to be better, and to get a little bit closer to your goals. It might sound like a lot of work—and with your busy schedule—next to impossible. But you can do it!
Self-talk is so important—THINK RIGHT!
Motivational words, yes, they’re just words.
But they’re positive words; they will keep you on track.EVEN IF YOU START LATE, ARE UNCERTAIN, OR ARE DIFFERENT –
YOU CAN STILL FIND SUCCESS!
Don’t forget; you are only as young as the last time you changed your mind!
Keep your thoughts and self-talk fun and productive, and always reach for more advancement.
REMEMBER, VERY LITTLE IS NEEDED TO MAKE A GREAT LIFE.********************
I HOPE THE FOLLOWING WORDS INSPIRE YOU >>1. “The elevator to success is out of order. You’ll have to use the stairs, one step at a time.” Joe Girard
2. “People often say that motivation doesn’t last. Well, neither does bathing – that’s why we recommend it daily.” Zig Ziglar
3. “I always wanted to be somebody, but now I realize I should have been more specific.” Lily Tomlin
4. “I am so clever that sometimes I don’t understand a single word of what I am saying.” Oscar Wilde
5. “People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day.” Winnie the Pooh

MY DAILY JOTTINGS >>
Each week goes by so quickly, don’t you think?
And, time seems to be going faster all the time.
Do you keep track of what you do each day?
Do this for a few weeks; you will see your time differently.11/23-27—My main tasks this week were to finish the painting of the entrance room to the house, what we call, “The Office.”
More bunnies were born this week; very cute.11/28--A performance today for McCormick Senior Center.
It has been so long; I miss performing. This week I will have to make things happen. As I’ve written, we can just day-to-day and let things happen. Or, we can make things happen for our-self and get the most that life has to offer.
How about you?
Is it time to “make” things happen and live a fuller life?******************

ON WONDERFUL ADVENTURES!********************
INTRO TO THIS WEEKAs you know from reading my blog posts, I greatly enjoy writing and bringing new ideas to your mind; as I am learning all the time.
After my first accident and going through the 37-day coma, I had to think about life and break things down into smaller increments. This included seeing the language and wondering how it could be improved upon.
Tony Robbins once told me, “Ask the right questions to the right people, and you can get anything you want in life.” This showed me that if I mastered the spoken word, as I try and do, I will do better in life. Think about these words for yourself.
I am trying to reinforce that your choice of words should be very significant to your life. Think before you write or talk and be slow in deciding what to say. Below are some words to limit, not use, or at least think about before you do use.
A few things >>
On the letter “W” and the number “7”.
These are the only ones that have more than one syllable.
After “v” comes “w,” which looks like two you’s, as in “double you” (but it could have been “double v?”)It all seems like such a simple decision, if you know the history, please let me know. Better would have called it something like “wa”.
Yes, just simple things, like asking why the number system is all one syllable, except for seven and zero. It seems people did not think clearly enough when the wording was put together. Seven could have simply been, “sev” and zero could have been, “nil”. That way everything would be simple with one syllable.
I think it is too late to change the English language; oh well . . .
I’ve found these words which are better not to use, or LIMIT THEIR USE >>
Would, Difficult, Stressed, Someday, If only, Yes, but . . . , Problem, Worried, I’m worn out, impossible, I, me, my, Hate, Luck, Ya know, what I mean, How are you?USE THESE WORDS AS OFTEN AS YOU CAN: Yes, Possible, Interested, I appreciate, I can, I will, I’m relaxed, and everything is going my way, I want to, I agree with you on that, and . . .
Confident speakers avoid words like “just,” “maybe,” or “I think,” and replace them with words like, “I believe,” or, “It’s a fact that…” Another one to avoid is “probably.” As soon you speak or write that word, it opens the door for other possibilities (unless, of course, that’s your goal). Let me know other words that would fit the list.
Go to the bathroom, as opposed to “use” the bathroom? So many people, use the words, “I have to go to the bathroom”, even when they are in the bathroom they say that. Humans, for some reason, avoid the words, poop or peep, so strange.
Each of us uses a toilet at least a few times a day. Get comfortable using words that explain what you are doing.
More waste of words >>
Hi, how are you?
What’s goin’ on?Remember, words are there to serve you.
Use them correctly. What new stories are you ready to write?

EVEN IF YOU START LATE, ARE UNCERTAIN, OR DIFFERENT –

VERY LITTLE IS NEEDED TO MAKE A GREAT LIFE.********************
I HOPE THE FOLLOWING WORDS INSPIRE YOU >>1. Determined!
Determined means “to give direction or tendency to; impel.” As a theme for the year, it can indicate your intention to approach everything you do with excitement, drive, and a sense of purpose.
2. Focus
“The successful warrior is the average man, with laser-like focus,” as is commonly attributed to Bruce Lee. Maybe you aren’t heading into battle in the new year, but the point is that anyone can accomplish great things if they set the intention of maintaining focus on what’s important to them.
3. Clarity
Maybe you aren’t sure about what you want out of the new year yet. That’s okay! This could be a year dedicated to seeking clarity about what you value, what you need, and what steps you want to take next.
4. Presence
We live in a world full of distractions, making it difficult to feel fully present. Presence is a great theme for the year because it sets the intention of showing up for yourself and others in all the big and small moments of your life.
5. Accomplish
Is this the year you put in the work learning that new hobby or throw your name in the hat for the big promotion? If so, accomplish may be the word for you. Remember: accomplishing doesn’t mean coming out on top every time. It means “to reach its goal or conclusion; carry out; perform; finish.”
6. Balance
If your life was a pie, how big are the pieces devoted to work, family, friends, and self-care? If one piece of the pie takes too much of your energy away from the others, this may be the perfect year to seek balance.
7. Courage
Making courage a theme for the year doesn’t mean diving in without fear. As author Mark Twain once wrote, “Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear—not absence of fear.” Committing to courage is about committing to taking steps forward, even when it’s new and uncomfortable.
8. Belief
Belief means “confidence; faith; trust.” Making 2022 a year focused on belief could include expanding your ability to believe in yourself, exploring and challenging your own long-held beliefs, or inspiring others to believe in a movement or cause.
9. Gratitude
It’s easy to take opportunities, comforts, and even people we care about for granted. Practicing gratitude throughout the year is an effort to combat that. Showing gratitude may take the form of offering more words of affirmation, journaling, meditating, or even literally saying, “thank you”, more often.
10. Joy
If joy is your intention, then you may find yourself naturally looking for more opportunities to laugh, play, be happy, and love others. Spreading joy by being more giving, open, honest, and vulnerable may also be a goal.
11. Imagination
One way to make the most of a new year is to approach it with imagination. Maybe you could adopt a new creative practice, redecorate your office space, try a new approach to connecting with friends and loved ones, or even do something totally unexpected, like booking a surprise trip or trying a new activity.
12. Curiosity
What can you learn about and explore this year? Curiosity is “a desire to learn or know about anything; inquisitiveness.” See what else there is to learn about yourself, your work, the people you love, and the place you live.

MY DAILY JOTTINGS >>
Each week goes by so quickly, don’t you think?
And, time seems to be going faster all the time.
Do you keep track of what you do each day?
Do this for a few weeks, you will see your time differently.11/6—I’ve got it! Runny nose, headache, no energy. I am wondering if this would be covid? Although, I did already have it once. Went to see the doctor and she could do nothing for me. She took a swab from the inside of my nose, and tested it for flu and covid; flu it is.
11/8—Continuing to paint the inside of the house. We had gotten a color chart that showed what colors go well together, so we followed that. I used a paint stick to cover the walls and ceiling, which worked out quite well.
As I’ve written, most painters come to a house and use a basic off-white color for all the walls, then use a gloss paint in the same color for the molding. There are millions of colors to choose from, why don’t people pick and then do their own painting?11/10—This morning I awoke at 3:08; I get limited sleep each night. When you read that, in your mind you probably said to yourself, oh, three-o-eight. Somehow this got shifted to saying the letter “o”, when it should be three-zero-eight. Just seems strange to me how the English language has developed in different strange ways.
An apostrophe is used in o’clock because the word is a contraction of the phrase “of the clock.” Just like other contractions, the apostrophe takes the place of missing words or letters from a longer word or phrase.
11/11/22—What a fun number, I must say.
Bunnies, bunnies, bunnies.
Our fluffle is growing. Do you want a bunny?

YOUR CHALLENGE FOR THE WEEK > >
As I do each week, put together a daily journal of your life. This week, do not say the words, “How are you?” or “How ya doin.?
My answer, to the question, “How are you”? Is to simply say, “Yes I am”.
Or, I say the words, “inventive” or “creative”. I say words to make this person think, something I have found that many people do not do.Do something new, daily, then keep doing it for the rest of your life.

ON WONDERFUL ADVENTURES!********************
INTRO TO THIS WEEKThis is from my book series, “Beyond Your Potential”
Who Do You Love?
There is no other human being in the world like you. Billions of people have a mouth, a nose, and two eyes, but no one looks exactly like you. And none of them have any of your thoughts, traits, methods, and ways. You are special, you are unique, and you are one-of-a-kind. There is not another individual in the world who is more important than any other person, no matter what kind of work they do, how many balls they can juggle, what kind of position they have in life, or how they look. Each of us is as valuable and worthwhile as any other person (except for you, you’re the special one).Alone Time
It’s so essential to be with yourself, by yourself, and treat yourself well by being able to spend quality time just with yourself. This can be harder than it seems, especially when you don’t take the time to do just that. Life has its stress and keeps you busy, but you have to make the time. How do you take time for yourself when you have so many things – work, family, juggling practice, activities, and friends competing for the time you do have? Wake earlier, eat less at meals, and don’t watch TV – just a few ways to get more time. Also, when you do have some free time, keeping things just to yourself can feel a little self-centered. You may be the only one who knows. This is your time; use it right. The Mirror
Do you ever actually see yourself in the mirror or just in your image? One thing that can help your self-image is to go to the mirror every morning, look at yourself, and say, “Hi __________! Good to see you. Today will have a superb day and get much accomplished.” Don’t forget that you are you. Yes, doing this might seem strange at first, but over time you will develop your outlook on yourself in a good way.Your Label
The most important labels in the world are the ones that we put on ourselves. Label yourself as useless, and you will be useless. Label yourself as highly intelligent, and you will play that part. At times, it’s like we are actors, playing the part – play the good and smart character – play yourself. You are not lying to yourself; you are training your brain to think in good ways. Do this and make your life a masterpiece. Remember, it’s not what you are that holds you back. It’s what you think you are not.
Replacing Your Self-Talk
The wording is important. There were certain changes in my self-talk I had to make to keep me moving forward. As you know, I wanted to get back quickly after my accident. Changing what you tell yourself can help the most with change. The mind can hold you back and add to procrastination so much when you are pursuing something. Start saying the following to yourself:- Instead of I have to start now, use I get to start now.
- Instead of This project is so big and significant, use I can take small steps.
- Instead of I don’t have time, use I will make the best use of the time I have.
- Instead of This must be done perfectly, use, This will be acceptable within my personal limits.
- Instead of I wish I’d done that, use, What small step can I take now to get back on target?
- Instead of This is going to take so long, use I’m enjoying the small steps of finishing this.
- Instead of I must finish, use When can I start again?
So, change your self-talk, get going, and find accomplishment.
Control
The only person you actually have control of is you. The challenge of life requires the ability to effectively influence others, but you do not have control of anyone else – only yourself. You have to have self-trust. Know that you are running your life in a better way all the time.Start New, Now?
Every day is a chance to begin all over again. The past is behind you, a memory. The future has yet to occur. The only thing that truly exists is this moment – now. And at this moment, you can begin fresh, start anew, and do it again and again.- So, what do you want to produce at this moment?
- Who are you in this instant?
- What old life-stories are you ready to let go of?
What new stories are you ready to write?

A few things that happened this week >>
Saturday, Oct 29—More bunnies, this time fresh out of the rabbit. So tiny and red, they could not move much at first. Six in all, hard to believe the rabbit could carry them. Beth says they will have to be with their mom for eight weeks before they will be sold.
10/30 – 31—New window time! We had 16 windows replaced with new. The ones that were in there were at least 50 years old. These new ones bring in the sun much better and are more sealed than the old ones; therefore we will be warmer, too.
If you can find a way to afford it, do something like get all new windows. I believe it will advance our life in a good way. We are making monthly payments that are comfortable for us.
Along with the windows, we are investing in a new roof, with solar on top of it. So, we are building a new home, in a way. There is also an entrance to under the house. Later I will be digging this out so we can spend time in there. This area is much cooler on the hot days.Do you make improvements as you can, to the place where you live? This adds to and brings new life to your world.
11/1—For part of today, we took a walk down the dirt road that goes through the woods behind the house. Living here it is so easy to be out in the wilderness, as you know, something I cherish. Jemma loved the walk, as well.
11/2—Painting in the house continues. I’ve moved on to the front entrance room, a room we are using for the office. As I’ve written before, I want to make each room different in color and settings, more exciting for a home, I believe.
11/3—Costco was calling, so I accepted the call. Also, it is good that Beth and I are away from each other now and then. Normally, we are together 24 hours a day. We are great together, but a break now and then is good. (this is Beth commenting; oh yeah!)
11/4—Getting the house back together is a chore after we had moved everything for the new windows. I love living with less “stuff”; it is a good thing. We sold a two-person bar for drinking that Beth had kept around for a long time. She used it as a big shelf to keep stuff on. The people who bought it will use it well in their catering business.
And Beth had a very heavy and long (8’) church pew just being used as a shelf on the porch. She will have fond memories, but these things had to go. The guy who purchased the pew could not fit it into his truck, so he used my circular saw to cut it in two.******************

INTRO TO THIS WEEKFocus
As you know, in my life, I have gone through several troubling times. I believe it is because I focused on the good it keeps my life going smoothly. It is where you focus.Kit’s Disappearing Act
I had been focusing on the bad, in fact, I must tell you something I went through. At one time, I hated life. With the accidents and divorce and theft and jail and nothing going right, I did not like life much – at all. I had a plan for my future. I was going to pack a small bag and take very little money. Then I was going to just start walking; where I ended up didn’t matter. I knew that I would find a way to make it (whatever “make it” means). I was thinking about heading to the Mexican border and crossing over, perhaps ending up in South America.Where are you?
I was never going to have contact with anyone I knew ever again. I would disappear into the world. I was going to start a new life where no one knew me or anything about me – my big adventure – how exciting! I would chronicle my journey, and, I believe, one day it would make a magnificent book. Starting a new life seemed an excellent idea at the time. As I am typing this right now, the feelings are coming back – the adventure, the excitement – maybe you won’t ever see me again? Or maybe you will? Bye-bye (for now).Do it Now!
If you need to, start your new life, or change to make your life even better than it is now. This is your life, your choice. You only get this one chance. Don’t have fear, don’t be anxious, just do it. Being happy with yourself and your situation is the most important thing you can do in your life. As you are happy, your joy will transfer over to others and make them happy, too.

WORDS TO INSPIRE YOU! >>
Inspirational quotes and motivational sayings have an amazing ability to change the way we feel about life and can change our thinking.I find them so interesting, challenging, and important on our path to joy and happiness and finding ways to inspire ourselves and others.
Inspirational quotes and ideas give us a quick and timely burst of wisdom to get our focus back, offering the inspiration needed for the day or occasion.
But they’re positive words; they will keep you on track.Don’t forget, you are only as young as the last time you changed your mind!
Keep your thoughts and self-talk fun and productive, and always reach for more advancement.
EVEN IF YOU START LATE, ARE UNCERTAIN, OR DIFFERENT –
YOU CAN STILL FIND SUCCESS!
VERY LITTLE IS NEEDED TO MAKE A GREAT LIFE.********************

MY DAILY JOTTINGS >>Not much to write about; not much happened. I did not really feel like “making anything happen this week. As I wrote before, you are the one to blame if nothing happens in your life. That is why I normally try and “make” things happen and get the most out of life.
1/27–Acquiring more rabbits. Beth and I picked up five bunnies that we are hoping to sell this weekend. Here is a photo of Beth with one of them >> Acorn.
1/28—A painting day. Moving on to our front room, which we use as our office. The colors we choose were light blue with light yellow accents. Seems that in most homes, people pick a basic color for the whole house and paint that way.
Both of us being different (are you different?), we want to paint each room in our house a different manner, color, and highlights. For the eye, this makes it more interesting to walk around.
It seems that the inside of most homes (yours?) just use a basic color for the whole house (off-white?), then highlight the molding and such with a gloss paint of the same color.
Be different! You are the one who has to live and sees the inside of your home so often. Did some didaling, look at books and computer to get some basic idea of what you might want – then take off with it!
The rest of the week we went to some stores to get what was needed.
Each week goes by so quickly. You have control of your life, make things different for your life daily, and live your life to the fullest!

INTRO TO THIS WEEKChange, we all go through changes, I’ve been through many.
From my book series, “Beyond Your Potential” >>
Make the Change!
Don’t be stuck in a job you hate, living in an area that disgusts you, in a relationship that is dead and going nowhere. You are never happy, you are never contented, and you are never satisfied. This does not have to be!
If you need to, if it’s necessary, decide today, this moment, you are going to start your new life fresh. Yes, it might take money to do just that, but start anyway, and you will find a way. This is your life, don’t waste it in misery.Change how you can!
Scrutinize your life and change things that are holding you back from progressing, things that you would “rather” do instead of what you “need” to do. When you change the things you can and abandon the things you can’t, you create space in your life for more joy, more expansiveness, less stress, and less bitterness.A Fresh Start
At times in your life, and/or your work, you are crying out for a fresh new start (I can hear you now.) There is something magically freeing about wiping the slate clean and starting anew; as I had to do a few times. We only get this one life; you must change if you need to do so to stay happy. You may question your inherent capabilities after so many times when you may have failed. Yet, you can do it, you can change. Try a different direction in your life to change; make your life more interesting. I hope this book has provided ideas and ways to make change you need, my friend.Stay with forward momentum
A fresh start begins with the hope that this time things will turn out better, or at least different, than how they currently are. Many people attempt geographical fresh starts. Others get excited with the freshness of a new relationship. Then there is that kid down the street with that new juggling trick. For some, it’s just reading a new book. More than half of us have started diets and exercise programs dozens of times. With every fresh start we blindly hope that this time will be different. Starting anew will mean nothing if you don’t make it the top priority and stay with the forward movement. There are so many ways and directions that we can aim with this newness. Starting afresh is not a one-time thing. Bring a bright new light into your existence often to create excellent life. You’re at the Top!
Look at that, you are a top CEO at an international company. You make $1,800,026 a year. You live in a huge house with a wonderful family. Yet, you hate your life. Think about it, you have been intelligent enough to have driven yourself up to your current position, you must have smarts enough to change and get the life you want, now go for it! For many people money can be a factor, but in life, money is not as valuable as experiences and love. Here “we” go – Again.
Some suggestions on beginning your new life:- The first step in starting a new life is picturing the life you want. Where do you live? What kind of work are you doing? What type of relationship do you find yourself in? How are you dressing? What kind of friends do you have? What kind of toothpaste do you use? Examine the minute details of the life you want and write them down. Now, you don’t have to change every part of your current life, you can change small details, too. It’s your life, it’s your choice.
- Define what living your dream life means to you. It’s not as hard as it sounds. Just picture yourself at the end of your life and look back. Is this the life you truly wanted? What words would you want others to use to describe how you lived your life and who you are as a person? Also, ask, “How did I add to other people’s lives?”
- Sure, you have obligations. Decide what is more valuable, your commitments or your life. You may have a family; make them part of the change, too. It will add to their life as the change adds to yours.
- Every time you think “in the future” or “when I have time” – STOP – ask yourself, “Why not now, this instant?” Now, all of a sudden, look at that, you’re dead. All your ideas never came to be. Think about what you will tell yourself in years to come, “I always wanted to, but never did.” Start doing the things you always planned to do; start now. It’s your life, don’t waste it! Choose to start a new life every morning when you awaken. Plan one thing you will do that day to make yourself feel alive, something new and creative. Start today, my friend.
- Find somewhere else to live. That’s right, make the move! You’ve always liked the mountains, or you’ve always liked the city, or you’ve always liked the beach, or you’ve always wanted to live on a farm. Nothing is holding you back; move yourself to the place you like.
- Change your name and your identity, as my sister did. This can be done, legally, for a small fee. Doing so might free up your mind to get back on track in your life.
- Get the right attitude of the new you, the old you is a remembrance. You are an altogether new person now. You can be who and what you want. Have the confidence to go where you want with your future. Do whatever it takes to make you a better person.
- Make yourself a promise to make this change a top priority in your life. If you don’t, the life changes will never happen, and you will be stuck living the same awful life. What are four steps you can take today to jump-start your upcoming change?
- There are no limits to the number of times you can start fresh. You can completely start anew over and over again. You can and will always find the inspiration necessary.
- Change your life; you will thank yourself over and over again. What sounds better – this new life or your old life that was going nowhere and you did not like life at all?
You Are On Your Way – Congratulations! You are on your way to becoming a new you. Thanks for allowing me to be part of your amazing change. You are happier now, and you are more satisfied with life. Turn to someone you know who is living as you used to, and maybe, hating life. Motivate them to make the change to improve their lives and help them along. As you do this, it will add much to their life, and add much to your life, as well.
LIFE IS HAPPENING ALL THE TIME – ARE YOU KEEPING UP?********************

I HOPE THE FOLLOWING WORDS ABOUT CHANGE INSPIRE YOU >>
It’s often said that change is the only constant in life. Yet humans are evolutionarily predisposed to resist change because of the risk associated with it. Despite this resistance to change, it is more important than ever.Napoleon once said, “One must change one’s tactics every 10 years if one wishes to maintain one’s superiority.” In today’s society, the pace of change is immensely faster, and it will only continue to accelerate.
Organizations and people that don’t embrace change are bound to lose ground and stagnate. When you are anxiously anticipating a change—or amid a challenging one—grab one of these quotes to help you plow through it.

MY DAILY JOTTINGS >>
10/8—Worked on the bunny hutch today.
I love my projects.
10/9—Better and better the hutches are looking.10/10—Beth was not feeling well today. I took care of her as I could. She took a sick day. How does she take a sick day when she is retired? But, she did report to me—her boss.
10-11—Just in this area, there are so many new places to see around here. Beth and I went exploring, we saw great sites—barns, fields, cows, chickens—so much. How about where you are, have you explored?
Tonight Beth treated us to all you can eat Chinese food. When I go to one of these places I do eat—all I can! I did eat much, good food. If you’re in the area, give them a try.

10/12—As you know from last week, today I was going to have surgery on my hand. I got all lay-ed out and they were going to start putting me to sleep. Then they saw my arms. I had been working on the bunny hutch and had many cuts and injuries, mostly from the ends of the wire. So, the surgery will come later, you will hear.
Back to the woods on Mill Pond road. So much to see, much beauty.10/13—Our programs were not coming in. The cable guy, not Jim Carrey, but Tripp from Abbeville, came by to straighten things out. He told me he never did learn how to juggle, but he always wanted to. Beth showed him the article in the newspaper about my entertaining an audience at the library, which I wrote about last week.
So, of course, I had to instruct him, and he did learn fast. He was excited to learn more about me as Beth told him about my past juggling history. We had a fun time.10/14—Back to Lowes to get more supplies to finish the hutch. Making much progress.
Each week goes by so quickly. You have control of your life, make things different for your life daily, and live your life to the fullest!
