OPENING WORDS
This week went by quickly, and nothing of any significance occurred.
I drove north, heading toward my daughter’s area on February 25.
On the 25th, I will see a neurologist to let me know how I am doing.
Then, the insurance company will help me plan my future.
Yes, the plan will be coming to me soon.

Have you found passion in your life? This can be built and learned. To learn to have passion, actively explore what interests you. You might reflect on what truly excites you (or who). Please set aside dedicated time to pursue those activities. Become an expert of your chosen subject(s).
Your whole mind and being must go the direction of your desire. Eating and sleep can take a backseat to your desires, your passions. Once you let things take over, you will see how satisfying having a passion can be.
Try new things, including stepping outside your comfort zone and surrounding yourself with people who share similar passions. Essentially, do things that spark your curiosity and bring you joy, gradually gaining experiences to cultivate a more profound passion. You must immerse yourself.
If you feel like there’s something out there that you’re supposed to be doing if you have a passion, then stop wishing and just do it. Passion is energy. Feel the power that comes from focusing on what excites you. Nothing great in the world has ever been accomplished without passion and purpose.
Are you tired of settling >>
for less than you are,
less than you can achieve,
less than you deserve?
Want to learn to live with passion so that you can turn every experience into an extraordinary, life-changing event? It’s time to stop wishing and start living. By doing so, you will acquire the vital life tools that will help you tap into the power of your passion.
Doing what you love is easier said than done. The things we love doing — like I do, spending time outdoors, traveling, falling down rabbit holes about obscure obsessions — are often not the kinds of things that can help us pay the bills.
Are you tired of settling for less than you can be, less than you can achieve, less than you deserve? Would you like to learn to live your life with passion so that you can turn your everyday experiences into extraordinary, life-changing events?
It’s time to stop wishing and start living because you are about to learn vital life tools that will help you tap into the power of desire, your passion. As any motivational speaker or successful startup founder will tell you, pursuing your passions is one way to ensure you make the most of your life.
Passion keeps you going through success and hardships and helps imbue day-to-day life with meaning and clarity. Without passion, we can feel frustrated and lost–with it, anything is possible. Passion is the driving force behind success and happiness and joy, pushing us to reach our fullest potential.
Your passions may include meeting new people, perfecting an age-old recipe, discovering emerging filmmakers, finding a new hobby or teaching yourself to code. And, as I’ve done, perfected a new juggling move.
Regardless of what your love is, there are always ways to pursue it, even if not in a professional capacity. Turning your hobby into a hustle can sometimes dim our excitement for doing something just because we enjoy it. You must love what you do.
Live with Passion.
Lead with Purpose.
It’s essential to put your heart into everything you do.
Living passionately means living as your true self. It’s doing the things that make you happiest, that you are most proud of and enthusiastic about, and that leaves you feeling fulfilled. Your passions are a massive part of contentment and self-esteem.
Passion is essential. With enthusiasm, desire, and love, we tend to be more resilient while encountering obstacles. It keeps your outlook more positive and allows you to overcome difficulties through problem-solving.
For example, passion is the human equivalent of the fuel that powers your car. Similarly, passion powers your lifetime of dreams. It is an energy source for living an inspired life–driven by purposeful action. More specifically, passion can be your vision for your life based on your core values, strengths, interests, skills, and talents.
With it, you can overcome any obstacle, solve any problem, learn that new juggling trick, and circumnavigate the endless challenges that life throws your way. Without it, people often face anger, frustration, and disappointment and continuously get caught up in seemingly insurmountable problems.
Passion is born from the act of trying new things and from broadening your horizons. It isn’t something that suddenly finds you. I spent so much time learning juggling at the gym. You must proactively pursue passion by venturing outside your comfort zone to gain the necessary experiences to trigger that “YES” moment that can change your life.
Passion can also be developed through either love or hate. It comes from love for your life, your work, and the challenges you face, making a positive difference in other people’s lives.
Do you have passion? If you are like me, you are less likely to suffer from fear, indecision, and procrastination. Why? Because passion is a natural fuel that inspires want, desire, and action. Yet, those without passion are unfortunately running on empty, so they often succumb to fear and procrastination.
Many passionate people also fear indecision and are tempted by procrastination when faced with uncertainty and the unknown. However, despite these doubts, they persevere with a resilient energy that a person without passion cannot muster.
They can overcome challenges because their passion propels them forward beyond the present moment. Their passion allows them to see more, what’s beyond what is happening now, giving them a glimpse into a more positive and inspiring future. And that is precisely what drives a passionate person forward.
Passion is a form of energy that improves focus and self-confidence as we work toward our desired aims. Passionate people are focused because they know what they want to do, be, have, and achieve. They must commit their minds to where they need to go. This clarity helps them build self-confidence in their daily choices, decisions, and actions.
Above all, with passion, life becomes much more satisfying and uncomplicated because you are doing what you love and living your life on your terms. Living the life YOU desire. Yes, you will still experience heartbreak, setbacks, and endless challenges, but, overall, your life should take off.
Remember, as a passionate person, you are in full control and take total and complete responsibility for making the necessary changes to improve your life. This gives you personal power and allows you to live with a definite purpose that propels you forward daily.
In fact, following your passions will often enhance all other aspects of your life because passion is a state of mind above all else. As your mindset changes, your life is transformed. Always know that your passion can be anything and go in any direction. As you gain clarity about your personal expertise, you will bring it into the world. This level of knowledge is, of course, built upon your core values, individual strengths, motivations, and innate talents.
Your passions are there just waiting for you to pursue them!
Start today to follow the path to your dreams!
You are worth it!
EMBRACE THE PRESENT MOMENT — EVERY SINGLE INSTANT!

WORDS TO INSPIRE YOU!
Inspirational quotes and sayings have a unique ability to change the way we feel about life and can change our thoughts. They are attractive, challenging, and essential on our path to joy and happiness and finding ways to inspire ourselves and others.
THE BURST!
Inspirational quotes and ideas give us a quick and timely burst of wisdom to regain our focus, offering the inspiration needed for the day or occasion. I hope the words below bring a smile to your face and drive you to make this day and every day a fantastic event.
BE POSITIVE!
Just as positive words can make someone smile, and a well-timed amusing quote can make someone laugh, your thoughts react to the world in real time. Have this control! You have complete control over only one thing in the universe—YOUR THINKING!—and that’s where motivational quotes come in!
“YOU”
Your quality of thinking and how you think and feel about yourself, including your beliefs and expectations about what is possible, determine everything in your life. Use quotes to move ahead in your life.
SELF-TALK IS SO ESSENTIAL—THINK RIGHT!
To stay motivated, you have to use each day as an opportunity to improve and get closer to your goals. It might sound like a lot of work—and with your busy schedule—next to impossible. But you can do it! Motivational words, yes, are just words. But they are positive words; they will keep you on track.
QUOTES
Motivational quotes affect our brain, behavior, and lives because they make us feel like we are in control of our success and have self-efficacy. Quotes make us believe that we have the confidence to complete a task successfully, which is different from having the motivation to succeed.
QUOTES WILL BENEFIT YOU!
Positive and inspiring quotes can be like sunshine on a cloudy day. They inject optimism into our thoughts, brighten our mood, and help us focus on the good in life. They remind us that even in the face of adversity, we can see the silver lining and embrace a positive attitude.
PEARLS OF WISDOM
In a world filled with challenges and indecisiveness, the power of inspirational quotes cannot be exaggerated. These pearls of wisdom uniquely uplift our spirits, can spark positive change, and fuel our motivation often when we need it most.
WORDS WILL CHANGE YOU!
The correct motivational quote can change you and things—helping you ditch the excuses, escape your comfort zone, and take action. Read these words with an open mind and learn to improve your life.
THESE QUOTES
When you read these quotes, you’ll also realize that many other people worldwide are experiencing these feelings. These feelings make you think you’re the only person who could feel this bad. But you’re not. Lots and lots of other people feel bad, too. This is the irony of it. You don’t want other people to feel crappy, but it does make you feel better or at least comforted to know that other people feel just as bad as you.
READ CAREFULLY
These quotes can be used when you wake up or prepare for work.
You can write your favorite quotes somewhere where you can see them first thing in the morning.
These quotes are motivating, inspiring, and encouraging.
They will help you see your potential, stay motivated, and see the beauty in every morning.
Use them to your advantage!

“It lies in all of us. Sleeping… waiting… and though unwanted, unbidden, it will stir… open its jaws and howl. It speaks to us… guides us. Passion rules us all. And we obey. What other choice do we have? Passion is the source of our finest moments. The joy of love… the clarity of hatred… the ecstasy of grief. It hurts sometimes more than we can bear. If we lived without passion, we could have some peace. But we would be hollow. Empty rooms, shuttered and dank. Without passion, we’d be truly dead.”
Oscar Wilde

MY DAILY JOTTINGS >>
Each week goes by so quickly, don’t you think?
It seems like time is going by faster and faster.
You must live joyfully, daily, for each day!
Do you know what you did last Monday?
Do you remember what you ate for dinner last Thursday?
Keep track of your doings for a few weeks; you will see your time differently.
Remember, the quality of your life depends on what you do each day–each moment!
1/31–Cindy reminded me I must attend the 47th Annual Groundhog Day Juggling Festival.
This is the first day, and there are already 30 or 40 people here.
Put on by www.atlantajugglers.org. Each year, they do a phenomenal job of putting this together.
I did not juggle today–at all. And I don’t care.
2/1–Still at the juggling fest. I just don’t fit in anymore; it hurts to write that. First of all, I am too old to fit in. And because I can’t juggle, what am I doing here? Oh, I guess I’m just wasting time until the appointment with the Neurosurgeon on Feb 25.
Looking around, I see that not many people are juggling. Most are just standing and talking.
I am having a hard time today.
At 2:08 p.m., a big marching band plays loudly. I’m not sure why, but there it is. Everyone stops juggling and sits to watch. Now, they are having a juggling show/competition. There is no juggling on the floor; everyone is watching.
At this point, I plan on performing later.
Yet, I have my doubts about that.
Kit on stage — I wonder.
The show started at about 9:33 p.m. I was scheduled to be in the third spot, so I did. I left out parts of the routines and forgot about them. After my performance, I received rave comments that made me feel good about the show.
Things didn’t finish until about 11:11, so I went to my van and set up to sleep. I had set up the window covers and prepared my sleepy place. I crawled right in and hit the snooze button.
2/2–Surprisingly, I looked outside and saw the light (the sun, that is.) I was surprised I slept that long. I checked the time, and it was about 7 am, good for me!
Always on top of things, I organized and cleaned the van as best I could. This ongoing project is always on my mind. How about your home? Are you constantly cleaning and organizing and cleaning? It should become a habit that you live by.
It has been cloudy and rainy for some time. Today, I awoke to a blue, clear sky, which was good to see. I looked at the van windows and saw they needed cleaning. So, this is another future project. As they say, there is always something. But if there were not something, life would get quite dull, don’t you think?
I had a banana for breakfast and an apple for lunch. I was not hungry; I just ate to live. Some old friends showed up, making it worth being here. At about 1 p.m., I looked around the room and didn’t see much going on.
Meredith Gordon just came by and thanked me for my book “Juggling with Finesse.” He told me he would never have entered the juggling world without it, which was lovely. I am glad I have an impact on people’s lives. He is at squeezetheclown.com; take a look.
I have reasons to live, after all.
I went to the home of Ray and Pat Stern, an old juggling friend of Ray’s. What a great life he and his wife have. On their property, Ray grows many edible things. I went to his house some years ago. Both are retired and living the life they want.
2/3–This comment came in today on Facebook:
“Juggling with Finesse used to be almost like a Bible to me.
Thank you for teaching me how to juggle.
It made my world.”
So great to read his words.
Some of Ray’s things have grown, so we cleared out his land and improved it. It is nicer now. Tomorrow, we will have even more control over his land.
2/4–Last night, I slept well until about 5 a.m. Then, I returned to my old ways, awakening between 2 and 3 a.m. I felt better when I got a longer night’s sleep. How can I do that every night?
I was helping Ray do some more work on his land. At one point, I used a branch-cutting saw when it slipped and came upon my finger, destroying it. I was going just to let it heal, but I decided to go to urgent care. A good cleaning and seven stitches later, I was out of there.
Ray and his wife, Pat, suggested I visit Tybee Island so that I could travel there next. It sounded like a fantastic place, and the photos were excellent. I had to go!
2/5–As usual, I awoke between 2 and 3 am. I just pulled off the road and had a good night of it.
2/6–I slept at the library on Tybee Island. Very quiet, very calm, a nice rest I had. As usual, I woke about 3:00 a.m., and here I am. Today, I will be in the library working on the blog and conversing how I can.
When I awoke, there was a shroud of fog and clouds. I drove around for a bit and could not see. I did know that it was a very touristy place. There were a couple of places Ray suggested I see, but I couldn’t in the fog.
This morning, I cleaned and straightened the van. I keep it as nice and organized as I can. You have an entire house to keep together, do you? Being organized and clean makes for a better life.
With Tybee Island, so you can’t see, I headed north.
My route from Florida took me near where I lived with Beth. She did not even want me to visit, which shocked me. I still don’t know why she broke us up and destroyed me. I go on with life. I passed the area, and I was hoping you could go and see me, my wife. Yes, we are still married, but sadly, we are not together. This change has driven me crazy.
Later, as I passed by the turnoff for Congaree National Park, I almost went for a visit. I’ve been there a few times, and as you know from my writings in the past. So next time. I found a church to park and sleep at tonight. I’ve got protection well here. It was worth it, anyway?
2/7–I woke at about 4:00 a.m. and parked at a church overnight (god protected me?). I got on the road but don’t see so well at night. I got behind a big rig that could be my lights, but even that was difficult.
About 5 miles down the road, I saw a sign for McDonald’s on the next turn, so I headed there. I will work on the blog here until the light comes out, the sun, that is.
THEN, KEEP DOING NEW FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!

I keep this section about gardening in.
I do like the skill and hope you do, too.
Winter now, but there are still things you can grow.
And, remember about indoor gardening.
A self-supportive life can be a better life.
A garden would be a part of that life. —
You must look into it.
Because I am back on the road, there will be no more words about the garden.
I do hope Beth keeps it up.
We did a lot of work establishing our vegetable garden.
When I drove the van seven years ago,
I grew stuff under the sunroof windows on the top.
I may start that up in my van garden again.
You will find out, of course.
START YOUR GARDEN TODAY!
IT MAY BE NECESSARY FOR YOUR LIFE!

I am distressed to hear of your totaling your van. Give us an update please.
Remember that there is only a single object you need to maintain: your body. With that everything else can be replaced. It is that simple.
Good luck.
