From my forth book in The Beyond Your Potential series;

What you think is what you become.

Remember, at any time in your life, there are other people in the world who have a harder life, less money, in bad relationships, have fewer resources, and/or less loved ones than you do, and yet these people are sometimes happier than you. While in the hospital, unable to move, I would see others who, being paralyzed, would never move again. In the same way, remember that there are people who are richer than you, in better shape, and with more resources, who feel less satisfied in their life than you do. See both sides of the coin. Get in the habit of seeing the positive aspects of whomever and whatever situation you find yourself in. If you find yourself complaining about what’s going on around you, then counter each complaint you make with one or two positive observations. Balance is the key.

Please let me know what you think>>>>>>>>>Kit
