INTRO TO THIS WEEK >> Actually, last week I said I was sorry that the blog was one day late, remember? Well, I had my days wrong, I thought it was Saturday. I do hope you enjoyed the read.

WORDS TO INSPIRE YOU! >>Inspirational quotes and motivational sayings have an amazing ability to change the way we feel about life and can change your thinking. This is why I find them so interesting and important on our paths to happiness.
So what’s the secret of great quotes? You see, the way you think and feel about yourself, including your beliefs and expectations about what is possible for you, determines everything that happens in your life. It all derives from your quality of thinking.
When you change the quality of your thinking, you change the quality of your life, sometimes instantly. Just as positive words can make someone smile, and/or, a well-timed humorous quote can make someone laugh, our thoughts react to the world in real-time.
Think right—always. You have complete control over only one thing in the universe — your thinking – and that’s where motivational quotes come in! Self-talk is so important—THINK RIGHT!

BE INSPIRED BY THESE WORDS >>
Love For All, Hatred For None.
Change the world by being yourself.
Every moment is a fresh beginning.
Never regret anything that made you smile.
Die with memories, not dreams.
Aspire to inspire before we expire.

MY DAILY JOTTINGS >>
4/6/20—Went to Elkins lake, right next to Rocky mountain national park. That’s night, once again, I slept parked right by the lake, very nice.
Then, it was off to the Park. When I first went in, I saw a large pond with people looking at something. I soon saw that they were two big mooses (or is it “Meese”?) in the lake eating stuff from the bottom.
What a great opening site to this wonderful national park. After a while, many people started showing up at the park, time for Kit to depart.
I spent a few hours driving around the park. I’ve been here before, but always something new to see. I took many photos, hope you like. I even juggled snowballs! Also, I did some hiking out in the wilderness, as you know, something I like, much.
From there, because it was a nice day, I returned to Pearl Street Mall. After parking, and about a block away, I saw a gathering of people. Hoping was a performing juggler, I quickly went over.
It was a Black Lives Matter gathering. I’ve been seeing gatherings of people all over the world, what are they accomplishing? This is a gathering of hundreds of people.
It worthy cause, but I think better would be, “Human Lives Matter”. What I saw there were hundreds of white people acting as they care. Out of a crowd of hundreds, I saw only about 6 dark skin people.
I don’t like “black or white”, I’m kind of reddish myself. And people we call Black are often dark brown. We are all people, humans that is. I do not care about color, I care about people’s attitudes and the way they carry themselves.
There were some dark-skinned speakers and all the white folk who were watching and clapping and yelling. Once again, the group mainly was a light-skinned privileged crowd applauding for anything. Thinking they are making a difference?
Many people carried signs, many not even knowing what the sign means. I went up to one person and spoke with an accent, I asked, what does it mean “Matter”? This person didn’t seem to have any idea. She was just playing the part.
Discovered most all these people are under 30 years of age, many didn’t know what kind of point they’re trying to make.
Another person had a sign with the words “Defund Police”, did she know what that really would mean?!
Then about eight of these white people got mad at me for asking questions. They gathered around me and started asking me questions. This was an angry mob, it scared me.
Then the entire group went on a march through the area with signs and also yelling at people. For a peaceful march, these people seemed quite hostile.
Another person had a sign with the words, “Homeless People Matter”. I wanted to go up to this person and ask them if they have ever had a homeless person over for dinner? Or, have they invited any homeless person to stay the night?
As I said, this looked like a bunch of young rich white people trying to prove a point. Although, anger seemed to be obvious.
On their march, a guy would yell, “Show me what democracy looks like?” Then the crowd will repeat back, “This is what democracy looks like!” These, “followers”, we’re just saying words without meaning, like they couldn’t think for themselves.
They also got together after the march. One person yelled, “We will continue to fight, black people we love you, we are sorry.” I see, sorry for what? I must repeat, these were just a bunch of prevailed angry Caucasians.
If they really meant what they were saying they would have invited a large group of dark-skinned people to join them for the day?
Like I said I went up to the front and started asking questions. They tried to chase me away or close me down. I was being friendly, but the hatred they were showing was very strange. The anger they displayed was much. Because I did not “fit in” with them and their thoughts, they did not want me anywhere near. I stayed and tried to reason with some of them.
One guy started asking me why I was asking questions and what the hell was I doing there. Off the top of my head, I said I was a writer with a newspaper in San Diego and doing the story on the gathering.
They calmed down a little bit, but still, were quite angry. I fully backed out and went along my way. Are these demonstrations happening worldwide? After I wrote, a scary group it was.
6/8—Staying around Boulder, mainly. My friend Daniel Powell was in the Boulder area! So, Daniel, Stacy, Cindy, and I went up to a local wilderness area and did some hiking and spent some time. We all went for a long walk and all liked it much.
6/12—Cindy and I went to the local Boulder Reservoir. Cindy brought her boat and we each went for a boat ride, nice. There were some Geese in the area, with some goslings, too. What a fun time it provided.
