BLOG 326–LIVE INTENTIALLY!

Why are you here?
What is your mission in the world?
How are you intentional with yourself and your family?
Do you push yourself?

CHOICES
The most essential thing in our lives is being intentional with our choices. Too often, we blame others for their choices for our current situation. So, what does it mean to be intentional? Intentional means consciously making deliberate decisions about something or having a plan and a goal.

PURPOSEFUL
Suppose we can learn to make purposeful choices in all aspects of our lives. In that case, we will have greater success and happiness than just following the flow and letting things happen by accident. So, whether we are in the middle of good or bad days, let’s be sure they are intentional days to stay headed in the right direction.

MAKE IT HAPPEN! >>
Living intentionally means making deliberate and conscious choices in line with your values and goals, rather than letting circumstances dictate your path. It’s about taking control of your life and aligning your actions with your desired future.

MAKING MINDFUL CHOICES >>
Being intentional involves reflecting on your values and making decisions that reflect them, rather than just reacting to situations.

SETTING GOALS AND PURSUING THEM! >>
Setting goals to advance and pursuing those goals.
Intentional living often involves setting specific goals, developing plans, and aligning one’s actions.

IT’S A LIFELONG JOURNEY >>
Being on autopilot is so much easier–Wake up-work-sleep-repeat is the name of the game in adulthood. But, inevitably, there comes a day when we look at our lives and ask ourselves,
“What am I doing? How did I get here?”
We have been on autopilot for so long that we don’t realize how far we have strayed from our course.
From our values. Our goals. Our authentic selves.

LIVING WITH PURPOSE >>
It’s about finding meaning and purpose in your daily life, rather than simply going through the motions, apply yourself toward the excellence within you.

TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! >>
It means acknowledging your role in shaping your own life and making conscious choices that align with your vision for your future.

ENBRACING A MINDFUL APPROACH >>
Intentional living encourages you to be present in your daily activities and to pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, and actions toward your future.

THE BENEFITS! >>
I want you to know that increased clarity and purpose will accompany you as you move ahead. Intentional living can help you better understand your values and goals, leading to a more purposeful life.

REDUCED STRESS AND ANXIETY >>
Prioritize your mental and physical well-being through healthy habits, stress management techniques, and social connections.

ALWAYS A CHOICE >>
By making conscious choices and taking control of your life, you can reduce your feelings of overwhelming stress and anxiety.

A GREATER SENSE OF FULFILLMENT >>
Living intentionally can lead to greater fulfillment and satisfaction in your daily life.

IMPROVED RELATIONSHIPS! >>
Being intentional in your relationships can help you build stronger, more meaningful connections with others.

INCREASED CONFIDENCE AND SELF-ESTEEM! >>
You can build confidence and self-esteem by owning your life and making choices that align with your values.

REMOVE >>
Remove people with whom you no longer share values.
Eliminate lifestyle habits that no longer serve you.

BE INTENTIONAL >>
Living intentionally means living your life in line with your fundamental values in pursuit of your “why.” Your “why” is your purpose or reason for being.
Everyone’s “why” is a little different.
Each journey is unique.

“W” >>
What exactly does intentional living look like?
What does it mean to live your life with intention?
Why is it essential to create an intentional life?

CHOICES >>
You can be intentional about every aspect of your life. That includes the foods you eat, the habits you practice, the people you surround yourself with, and how you care for your home. Your hobbies, the books you read, and the way you start your day can, and should, be done with your ultimate end goal in mind.

GOALS AND CHOICES >>
Living intentionally looks different for everyone. After all, we all have different goals, beliefs, motivations, and aspirations. But at its core, intentional living means having a purpose that you’re working toward. You set clear goals that guide your actions. And you do your best to make choices that align with them.

YOUR CORE VALUES >>
For many, living intentionally starts with identifying their core values. Our values should be at the center of our being. They’re the things we hold most dear and cherish above all else. Once you have identified your values, your path to intentional living becomes clearer. If you aren’t sure what your core values are, get a piece of paper and a pen and spend some time thinking about yourself. Ask yourself:
What is most important to me?

YOU HAVE THE MONEY >>
Lack of money with a decent salary and dissatisfaction in life resemble a misallocation of your values. Please review where you are spending your money, where your values don’t align, or where your purpose outweighs these values. For example, I am willing to delay partying so that my family can retire, so I will stop going out periodically.

CHOOSE A DIFFERENT WAY >>
If you aren’t working towards what you want, you may not like it badly enough or lack clarity/health. If the former is true, please prioritize those aspects and revisit this once you are in a better state.
LIFE IS SHORT >>
Life’s too short to settle for less of yourself. To attract the standard you want, you must first become it. Affirmations mean nothing without validated growth. Do what must be done, this is IMPORTANT!

DECLUTTER YOUR LIFE >>
From decluttering our homes to setting purposeful goals for the future, living intentionally is a powerful way of finding meaning and purpose in life and carving out more time, energy, space, and freedom for what matters.

GET THE MOST OUT OF LIFE! >>
This isn’t a magic recipe for an easy life, but it does help to get the most out of your life.
Instead of living a life on autopilot, you’re choosing to live a life on purpose.
This could be applied to your time, home, spending habits, self-care practices, work, career, and more.

ALL YOU HAVE IS NOW!
MAKE THINGS FANTASTIC!

WORDS TO INSPIRE YOU!
Inspirational quotes and sayings have a unique ability to change the way we feel about life and can change our thoughts. They are attractive, challenging, and essential on our path to joy and happiness, and finding ways to inspire ourselves and others.

READ
Reading through the quotes below about life can do the trick if you’re looking for a pick-me-up or a healthy dose of motivation. Whether centered around positive affirmations, self-care, or success, life quotes can be powerful inspirational tools.

THE BURST!
Inspirational quotes and ideas give us a quick and timely burst of wisdom to regain our focus, offering the inspiration needed for the day or occasion. I hope the words below bring a smile to your face and drive you to make this day and every day a fantastic event.

BE POSITIVE!
Just as positive words can make someone smile, and a well-timed, amusing quote can make someone laugh, your thoughts react to real life. Have this control! You have complete control over only one thing in the universe—YOUR THINKING!—and that’s where motivational quotes come in!

“YOU”
Your quality of thinking and how you think and feel about yourself, including your beliefs and expectations about what is possible, determine everything in your life. Use quotes to move ahead in your life.

SELF-TALK IS SO ESSENTIAL—THINK RIGHT!
To stay motivated, you have to use each day as an opportunity to improve and get closer to your goals. It might sound like a lot of work, and it’s next to impossible with your busy schedule. But you can do it! Motivational words, yes, are just words. But they are positive words; they will keep you on track.

QUOTES
Motivational quotes affect our brain, behavior, and lives because they make us feel like we are in control of our success and have self-efficacy. Quotes make us believe that we have the confidence to complete a task successfully, which is different from having the motivation to succeed.

QUOTES WILL BENEFIT YOU!
Positive and inspiring quotes can be like sunshine on a cloudy day. They inject optimism into our thoughts, brighten our mood, and help us focus on the good in life. They remind us that even in the face of adversity, we can see the silver lining and embrace a positive attitude.

PEARLS OF WISDOM
In a world filled with challenges and indecisiveness, the power of inspirational quotes cannot be exaggerated. These pearls of wisdom uniquely uplift our spirits, can spark positive change, and fuel our motivation when we need it most.

WORDS WILL CHANGE YOU!
The correct motivational quote can change you and things, helping you ditch the excuses, escape your comfort zone, and take action. Read these words with an open mind and learn to improve your life.

THESE QUOTES
When you read these quotes, you’ll also realize that many other people worldwide are experiencing these feelings. These feelings make you think you’re the only person who could feel this bad. But you’re not. Lots and lots of other people feel bad, too. This is the irony of it. You don’t want other people to feel crappy, but it does make you feel better or at least comforted to know that other people feel just as bad as you.

READ CAREFULLY
These quotes can be used when you wake up or prepare for work.
You can write your favorite quotes somewhere where you can see them first thing in the morning.
These quotes are motivating, inspiring, and encouraging.
They will help you see your potential, stay motivated, and see the beauty in every morning.
Use them to your advantage!

MY DAILY JOTTINGS >>
Each week goes by so quickly.
It seems like time is going by faster and faster.
You must live joyfully, daily, for each day!

Would you happen to know what you did last Monday?
Do you remember what you ate for dinner last Thursday?
You can keep track of your doings for a few weeks; you will see your time differently.
Remember, the quality of your life depends on what you do each day, each moment!

5/24–I somehow erased all the words I wrote about my daily doings. I’m sorry about that. I will be more careful in the future.

5/25–While driving around the area, Flip Circus came into view. We went and asked if there was a juggler with the show, and there were a few. We’re getting into Flip Circus at no charge because I told them I would write and publish this review on my blog. I do hope you enjoy my words.

The Vazquez family has been involved in the circus for many years.
They put together a fantastic show for a grateful audience.
More about Vazquez here >>
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jbnCE430kYQ

We figured out that a family of four would cost about $200 for a time enjoying the circus. Jennifer wanted a Coke while there; the cost was six dollars for the soda. A popcorn costs $12. So, this small family circus does quite well financially.

Learn more about Flip Circus at their website >> flipcircus.com
Or here >> https://www.facebook.com/FlipCircus/
We could not miss this Sunday’s shows at 1, 4, or 7 p.m.

The one-ring show started with people stretching in the ring. I was surprised that so much comedy could have been intertwined with this. A funny start to the show could have been good, but there were many talented and skilled acts throughout the show.

A few that stood out for me were >>

A great band played throughout the show. I would have liked to see more comedy and interaction between the showpeople and the band, to bring them more into the show. The audience would have loved that.

Next up were six girls who jumped rope in various ways and jumped with different groups.

Luva came on to juggle for us, and a great juggler she was.
Watch this >> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-lr6cg3hb0

Next, I saw a fantastic performer on a slack rope. In addition to juggling as we know it, she juggled and spun rings on the rope. We saw her juggle four and five rings while walking on the rope and sitting on a chair on the rope. She also did the splits while walking.

Jan Vazquez and his sister rode in on their unicycles before they passed six clubs. The audience witnessed them on a rola bola, and the girl stood on Jan’s head. They both juggled three clubs. I saw excellence in their performance.

Johnny Rico did some great comedy clowning; the audience loved it.

These are just a few of the acts I saw. I have been to many European circuses, and Flip Circus stands with the best of them. This is an excellent show. YOU SHOULD NOT MISS THE PERFORMANCE!

5/26, 27, 28–Nothing of importance occurred these days.
Enjoying life.

5/29–I worked a lot on rewriting my blog today. As I wrote previously, I had erased all the words I had written for my daily doings. Going by memory can be a tricky thing.

5/30–A gloriously sunny day, I love it!

THEN, KEEP DOING NEW (DAILY) FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!

THE GARDEN THIS WEEK

I keep this section about gardening in.
I do like the skill and hope you do, too.

Winter is here now.
But there are still things you can grow.
And remember about indoor gardening.

A self-supporting life can be a better life.
A garden would be a part of that life.
You must look into it!

Because I am back on the road.
There will be no more words about the garden.
I do hope Beth keeps it up.
We did a lot of work establishing our vegetable garden.

When I drove the van seven years ago,
I grew stuff under the sunroof windows on the top.
I may start that up in my van garden again.
You will find out, of course.

START YOUR GARDEN TODAY!
IT MAY BE NECESSARY FOR YOUR LIFE!

ALL OUR LIVES, WE MUST CHALLENGE OURSELVES!
YOUR CHALLENGE FOR THE WEEK >>
Figure out what you need to be intentional about in your life.
Think about how you can drive yourself toward excellence in those areas.
